The house sits on a third of an acre lot in a quiet neighborhood yet is just five minutes from Disney and only a few minutes from everything else. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home has over 1800 square feet of living space, boasting more room than many 5 bedroom homes in the area! The floorplan is beautiful. Very open, very spacious, light, and bright.
A covered front porch graces the front of the house. As you enter the home a tiled entry hallway leads to the family room, kitchen and breakfast nook at the back of the house. The two car garage and laundry room are on the left of the hallway and to the right is the spacious living and dining room (seats six) which have wood floors. The family room and breakfast nook (seats six) both feature views of the pool. The house has a split floorplan. On the right is the Master Bedroom with large walkin closet, and the Master Bathroom which has access to the pool. To the left of the house is the Queen room towards the front of the house, the second Bathroom, and a bedroom with two Twin beds at the rear of the house. The enclosed pool area sits to the rear of the property. The pool enclosure keeps the bugs and debris out of the pool area but lets the sun shine right in. The pool itself is approximately 15 feet by 30 feet and features steps in the shallow end and a swim out love seat in the deep end. The PebbleTech pool finish gives the pool water a much more natural color. The pool area also has dining table and chairs and two sun chaise chairs. We can arrange to have additional privacy screening added to the pool area so that you cannot be seen while in the pool. The house also has a mains Gas BBQ grill, just outside the pool area.
The driveway can easily accommodate up to four vehicles.
As you can see from the photographs the house is beautifully furnished with the colors and theme of each room flowing into the next. The home is designed for vacations so everything is very comfortable and relaxing. The open floorplan and volume ceiling enhance this feeling of space. Both the Family Room and Master Bedroom have TV and DVD player. All bedrooms have alarm clocks. Wireless Internet access is included at no extra charge.
The Kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances, large refrigerator, Oven/Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Toaster, Blender, and of course a Coffee Maker. All dinnerware, silverware, and cookware is included, as are pots, pans, and utensils. All linens, towels, and pool towels are also included. The house will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and cleaned again after your departure.
The house is lovingly maintained and expertly managed by a local management company.

We stayed in the home for 4 weeks. If I had stayed in the home for 1 week I would have rated it higher as we would have eaten out more. Many of the items in the kitchen were past there useful life, missing or not cleaned properly. We arrived on Feb 21st but the pool heater was not turned on to the following Thursday. The barbecue was locked to the 26th even though we had made multiple request to have it removed. We had the pool heater turned off on March 2 as the out side temperature was between 80 & 90 for the rest of our stay. We had pool maintenance for the 1rst 2 weeks but no maintenance the last 2 weeks. We enquired with the management company but got no response. It would be nice to have scald guards added to the showers as a cold water tap or toilet flush could result in a scalding situation. We provided a list of items to be fixed when we arrived and half were fixed by the middle of the week. The delay was because some of the staff at the management company were ill. It would not be a major cost to bring the house up to standard.. It does require some active management to ensure that all equipment is clean and is indeed in the kitchen. I am involved in property shared by 70 members and the properties are taken out of use for maintenance 2 weeks a year. It this practise was followed at this property most of the issues would disappear. I was expecting a partial refund for my deposit after the pool heating was deducted but not received as of the 17th of April.

Home was clean and comfortable located in a quiet neighbourhood close to everything. One big negative for us was when we looked through the house binder and it indicated that the water should not be used for drinking, brushing teeth and washing hands which seemed odd to us since dishes, laundry and showers are taken using this water. Would have liked to know this ahead of time.
