Description of the La Cruz de Huanacaxtle vacation villa rental
The Villa at Quinta del Encanto is a private villa that has 2 residential accomodatioins and a guest suite; each quite private, commanding an incredible bay and coastline view along the Riviera Nayarit. TheVilla overlooks the recently completed Riviera Nayarit Marina. Within the Villa, various residences may be combined to create a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2-kitchen hideaway. Each overlooks the Venetian-tiled pool: its fountains and flowing waters create an atmosphere not experienced by most!

While sitting on the terraces of the Villa, you can see the beaches of Bucerias, the coastline of Nuevo Vallarta, the coastal resort of Puerto Vallarta, and the Bahia de Banderas all along the coastline of the Riviera Nayarit. A taxi zone is available minutes away. The local beaches and village are a delightful five minute stroll. The aqua lagoons and coral-sand surfing beaches of the Bahia de Banderas coastline can be viewed on route to Punta de Mita, within 15 minutes from the Villa.

The Villa is staffed with a houseman, 2 maids, and gardener. For your convenience the maid cheerfully serves breakfast, if you desire. The Villa at Quinta Del Encanto is comprised of the accommodations below.

Area Information
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle ("The Cross of Huanacaxtle") is a Mexican fishing village situated on the Pacific Ocean's Bahía de Banderas in the state of Nayarit. It is situated approximately 25 km from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. The town name comes from a cross that is made of Huanacaxtle wood which is located at the town's entrance.

The town was founded in the 1930s by the Chavez family.[2] The Chavez family still maintains a mango orchard on the outskirts of town. The Blanca family was also one of the original settlers of La Cruz as it is locally known. They, too, remain residents.

In 2008, a major renovation of the harbor was completed and now hosts a marina, called Marina Riviera Nayarit, capable of handling vessels of all sizes up to 400 feet in length. Also further west is the new areas of Punta Mita, Litibu and Higuera Blanca and finally Sayulita.
