Attitude Adjustment review

The house was immaculate!!! Loved the location on the lake. I rate the house excellent. The only downside which is out of your control is the boat ramp is very small and had a lot of trash on it. We got a piece of clothing wrapped around and in between our propeller which luckily we found before it did real damage. Also, the marina might want to tell everyone the keys work on back door, front door has security bar in track. The people at the marina are super nice and very accomodating.

Owner's reply:

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. The trash at the ramp is due the ice storm and clean up that has been going on. This should not be an issue in the very near future.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

First time at a floating house and first time at Whitman Hollow renting a house. What a great experience. From checking in to the quality of the house it was great. We've rented many houses at Norris and this is one of our favorites! Whitman Hollow was also a great host! family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed. The kayaks were great as well!Less

Great Time!
Daniel B.
We had a great time at this floating home. We love to stay on the water when we go to the lake. The house is big and comfortable even with our large crew. The marina took care of all of our needs. We will be back!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do you get to your floating house? Do I have to have a boat?
A: Yes, for the most enjoyable experience, you need to have or rent a boat. The house is surrounded by water and there is no walkway access - must arrive by boat - part of the fun experience! There are kayaks available for use. Boats are available for rent at the Whitman Hollow Marina. The marina will transport you to the house when available but it is more convenient for you to have and/or rent your boat to come and go as you please.
