Condo has vaulted ceiling in mstr br, and is approx 1500 sq ft. This beautiful breezy corner condo is accented by a gas fireplace in mstr/livingrm.
2 private balconies, one out of mstrbdrm, the other out of kitchen/family room.
1 small patio for outside dining with small table n 2 chairs. Kitchen balcony has 2 seats swing.
Fully air conditioned for the occasional hot days.
Ceiling fans in each bdrm and addition floor fan or heater for extra need.

Tastefully decorated with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. Comes with access to comnunity pool and hot jacuzzi.

My family of five (my husband and three kids) decided to go to California for the holidays. When looking for a place we needed space for our family and we wanted to be convinent to everything San Diego offered. This place was that and more. The condo was very clean and the location was very beautiful. Our time there was very relaxing and we look forward to coming again to visit in La Jolla!!! The service from the owner and the maintance lady were outstanding and they made sure our visit was wonderful. Thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality.

Hi, My name is Celin Mamman, me and my family with 2 young kids were guests over Eve's Property, and we had the best vacation ever. The Condo was clean, well maintained and very breezy in did. We had fresh coffee supply in a new Coffey maker, and a big box of Almond Chocolate Biscotti to start our day. Near by walking distance we sow the most beautiful park with ponds and plenty of beautiful ducks. UTC mall was so close that we walked there. Plenty of wonderful restaurants walking distance or even short driving.
We spent 2 wonderful weeks, and after couple of days our credit card was refunded back the full amount of security
