A very well-maintained townhome close to all shopping centers into the Coachella venue No hassles with the security guard great views to the golf course feet away from the swimming pool and the place accommodates with all of the utilities and utensils you need to enjoy a great minivacation We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a great time in the Coachella Valley until next year Mrs. Carter

“Renter beware”

Booking with the owner can be challenging - she talks in broken sentences, mixes up dates, and usually "screams at you" in capitals when responding to emails. Be aware that she also charges for utilities, and will deduct this from your security deposit after you check out. You will only get one key, and it will be left under the door mat. Do not be deceived by the pictures or the three comments left on this site - I would NEVER rent this condo again. 1.Typically when someone rents your condo, they are expecting it to be clean and organized. Your condo was far from it, with so many personal items strewn about it was very distasteful. There was no place to store toiletries as your drawers were unclean and filled with your own items. 2.The linens and towels were very used and worn and we had to wash them prior to use. 3.The fridge was filled with many of your personal items, as was the pantry (and it smelled foul). 4.Old fruit was in the fruit basket. 5.The kitchen cupboards were sticky/dirty and cluttered and it was hard to locate any items that we could use. 6.The cutlery is very old and we were uncomfortable using it as it left a tin taste in our mouths. 7.The stove is broken - a large hole in the glass prevents you from using the front burners. 8.You cannot open the dishwasher without hitting the stove drawer. 9.And the best part of all was the rather large cockroaches that we would see in the morning as they died on the kitchen counter. That was my personal favorite Bottom line is this condo is misrepresented and it is a far cry from a professionally managed unit. It honestly felt like the owner left minutes prior to our arrival.

“Difficult to deal with landlord!”

Liz Carter, the owner of this condo, is completely difficult to deal with! She is antagonistic and rude. I was excited to rent her place for myself, my husband, 18 yr. old daughter and her best friend for the weekend because it was close to the Stagecoach festival which we were attending. I emailed the previous week to ask we could check in at 10 AM on Friday and she confirmed that yes, 10 AM would be fine. My daughter arrived at 10 AM and was told check in is at 4PM. She called Liz who was very rude and angry with my daughter for "showing up early". She told my daughter that she never agreed to a 10 AM check-in time which was a total lie. During this time I was in a car on my way there and I called Liz to fix the situation. She was very angry and rude to me on the phone as well. She had emailed me at 8:30 the previous night to send a generic letter saying check in was at 4PM but not explaining why. I obviously did not receive this as I was out of town and not checking email. She should have called me. I tried to explain to her that this "mix-up" was her fault because she as the landlord did not communicate properly to me. I was nothing but sweet to her and she continued to talk over me and not listen. She has still never apologized or taken any ownership for her part in the miscommunication. She left my daughter waiting for 3 hours before she let her inside. Apparently there was an issue with her place and a handyman needed to come fix something. She did not communicate this to me until long after I had her on the phone. If I had known about this issue I could have told my daughter to go straight to the festival which would have been fine. That being said, once inside there was a terrible rotten fish smell. Her place was decorated with so many fake flower arrangements that were completely caked with dust. The outside patio furniture was covered with dust and spider webs as well. (Apparently the cleaning person had just left, my daughter saw him there) The place was not as clean as I would expect and there was a lot of food left in the frig so we had to make sure we didn't mix that up with the food we brought. Oh, and she did not leave the wifi passcode so we had none. Overall, I was not a comfortable place to stay in. I will not be renting this place again. Luckily we didn't spend much time there other than sleeping and eating breakfast in the AM since we were gone all day at the Stagecoach festival. I do not recommend this to rent.

Loved the condo and location. Ate every meal on the patio watching golfers tee off. Owner extremely responsive to our needs and questions. This condo is very well supplied with linens, dishes and even some food items. Very quiet so makes for a very enjoyable week. I will recommend to friends. Thank you, Liz!

Pleased not only with the great location but also by the personal attention by the owner. It has all the amenities... big screen TV, ergonomic updated kitchen, and even beautiful flora. Attention to detail in all the decor. "feels like a home" Highly recommend. Right on the tee of the par five across from the famous Alcatraz island par three.

Nice quiet location on cul de sac. Condo is in nice condition and the owner is very good to work with on all the arrangements.

VERY QUIET, CAN COOK AND SEE THE GOLFER AT THE SAME TIME.

LOTS OF THING TO DO,WALK OR RIDE THE BIKE TO THE STORE AND COFFEE SHOP.EAT ON PATIO IN THE MORNING AND WATCH THE SUN RISE.
