Description of the Laguna Beach vacation townhouse rental
This very large modern 2 bedroom penthouse has an urban feel combined with a warm beachy laid back vibe. This luxury rental is a huge two story penthouse apartment on the 3rd + 4th floors of a 3 unit building with private elevator access from ground floor to 3rd floor penthouse living room and 4th floor master bedroom/hallway. It has three decks, two of which are enormous with 180* views of downtown laguna beach and daily breathtaking sunsets. Decks are private, accessible from living room and master bedroom and come equipped w/brand new lg bbqs, shaded patio seating for 8, chaise lounges, rocking chairs, and rustic fire pit for chilly nights. This rental also boasts a 200 square ft' garden patio w/fountain out back that is completely secluded in a private location high up on the cliffs of laguna beach above the famous laguna village.
This rental is new, modern, chic and tasteful with all top notch amenities, kitchenwares, dish wares, bar wares, utensils, and more... full wireless internet throughout entire premises, intercom, flat screen tv with cable, two fireplaces, full private laundry, iron, + board, dvd player, and 2nd sm tv in guest bedroom. The master bedroom is huge -700 sq ft' w/king size bed, fine linens, gas fireplace, very large connected private bathroom w/ jacuzzi tup, glass enclosed separate shower, his + hers sink/vanity w/lg mirrors and again... Awesome views! Downstairs in the living/dining room area there is a custom made king size pull out couch/sofa bed and another very large sectional that can accommodate 4 extra people apart from the bedrooms. -it's definitely big enough for a family or group of eight to stay comfortably with plenty of extra private/play space for those seeking refuge for quiet time alone.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire penthouse, three private surrounding decks on both floors, garden patio out back and free on-site private parking below for two cars. There is access via private elevator but that feature is reserved only for the elderly, and/or special requests due to the sensitivity of the mechanisms (kids in the past have caused it to get stuck by bouncing up and down, pressing several buttons, opening the door between floors and ignoring the explicit instructions necessary in order to properly operate it) and subsequently have cost me lots of money i otherwise would not have had to spend on repairs. *note - the elevator is in prime working condition w/yearly maintenance. It is accessible from ground level 1st , 3rd + 4th floors, not level 2 where a long term tenant resides. For guests requesting unrestricted access to the elevator on premises, i now require a signed release of liability and promissory note holding the guest responsible for damages and/or fees incurred due to improper usage.

This rental is located high up on the cliffs of laguna beach above the famous laguna village at the top of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Main beach (and many other beaches) are just a short 3-5 minute walk down the block or a free ride on the popular laguna beach trolley! Also within easy walking distance is the world renowned pageant of the masters, laguna canyon art affair, and the famed summer sawdust festival ...and... local boutiques, art galleries, grocery stores, movie theater, pubs, nightclubs and all the best downtown village restaurants and cafes! If you prefer to drive, you will appreciate the rental location's close proximity to main thoroughfares: laguna cyn road and pch thus avoiding most heavy traffic associated elsewhere. Plus free, on-site private parking for two cars is included. Easy

Getting around:
There is the famous laguna beach free trolley, city of laguna beach local public bus service, several local taxi cabs and by foot of course, because everything is within a close 3-5 minute walk from rental location.

Guest interaction:
I do not interact with guests because i do not live in laguna beach but am always readily available via email or telephone or text message for any questions, concerns, recommendations or advice.

...and lastly, housekeeping services are also available during your stay that can be pre-arranged prior to your arrival. Main beach (and many other beaches) are just a short 3-5 minute walk down the block or a free ride on the popular laguna beach trolley! The location is on the top of a quiet cul-de-sac with no foot traffic that is very safe (considering its 1 block up from the local police station)
