Our beautifully remodeled Plantation style estate is right on Front Street in the heart of Old Lahaina Town.

Located directly across the street from the seawall, our property offers the best of both ocean and mountain views. Built on a half an acre of land the house has the feel of old Hawaiiana with its high ceilings, large covered lanais, expansive lawns, private pool, and beautiful tropical landscaped grounds.

Alexandra's is just 2 blocks away from beautiful Baby Beach and conveniently located a half a block away from all the fun and adventures of Lahaina Town's treasure trove of shops, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.

The 3 bed/3.5 bath Main House and 1 bed/1 bath Studio Apartment (with separate kitchen) encircle a sparkling turquoise-colored private lap pool. The front Lanai is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset while listening to the waves and taking in views of the neighboring islands. Carefully manicured gardens and ten foot fence surround the estate, making this property a secure oasis in the center of historic Lahaina.

Extremely private but still in the middle of the action, our location can't be beat!

MAIN HOUSE

The Main House features 3 beautifully appointed Master Suites, each with private spacious bathrooms. Over sized custom tiled walk-in showers lend a spa-like feel to each of the master baths. A Professional-inspired kitchen features the latest high end appliances, complete with 2 refrigerators, 6 burner gas range with griddle, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, microwave, coffee machine, multiple sinks, custom bamboo cabinetry, and generous quartz-topped counter space for meal prep. Nearby, the open breakfast bar, dining area, and common living space make for the perfect spot to come together with friends and family.

-SUITE 2: 1 King bed, private bathroom, air-conditioned, 55" flat panel wall-mount TV. Direct pool access.

STUDIO "OHANA" APARTMENT

The separate 1 bed/1 bath Studio Apartment is across the pool from the main house. It has 2 Queen beds, a full bathroom (shower over bath configuration), and separate kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster-oven, and granite counter tops. With warm-colored Hawaiian Island inspired decor, this private, self-sufficient living space makes for a perfect spot for families traveling with adult children. Air conditioning, 55" flat panel TV.

1) Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the Alexandra's property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

2) Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the homes is prohibited.

3) Vehicles to be parked in garages or driveway area and shall not be parked on the street.

4) No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
