THIS IS AN AMAZING, CLEAN COMFORTABLE, SERENE, GREATLY UPGRADED HOME WITH UNIQUE, SEPARATE AREAS AND LEVELS INCLUDING A 500 SQ FT APARTMENT THAT IS VERY PRIVATE!

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND EXTRA:

This is a lovely, large, comfortable 5 bedroom, 4 bath (plus loft & bonus room) mountain cabin on 3 levels. Actually 4 levels as the 5th bedroom/studio apt is on a split level of it's own to the side with it's own entrance and deck. This allows a lot of flexibility & privacy as different family/friend groups within your party can each can have a floor & their own bathroom! There are three fireplaces, a Daikin Split Air Conditioning system in the main house, central heating, decks, lovely forest views, fire pit and more. It has lake rights & beach passes which allow lake, beach club & fishing access to 12 people. It is situated on a safe, level, snow-plowed, cul-de-sac street, close to highway 18 for an easy commute & 15 m walking distance to the lakefront Village with all it's amenities.

LAKE-THEME THROUGHOUT - Lots of extras such as Amazon Prime/Netflix/Roku loaded, Hi-speed Internet, board games, books, DVD players, shampoo, beach towels, split decks (House is on 3-levels!), chair hammock, private areas etc.

NEW stove, microwave, deck furniture!

Japanese soaking tub in apartment!

A few things to note: -

The bonus loft area can sleep 2 singles (there are 2 click/clack sofa beds) and the tiny but charming bonus room in the eaves is just big enough for a single bed - good for a child, teen or small adult - it is adjacent to the upstairs master bedroom.

A big dining table for family dinners, an expensive & lovely leather sectional in the living room with a queen pull out bed.

The 5th bedroom is a separate guest studio apartment under the garage. It is very private & shares no common walls with the main house. It has a separate entrance and deck with views - but is also connected to the main house by a network of decks in the back. It has a mini kitchen, stone fireplace, desk, sectional sofa, smart tv & dvd player. The bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub! (The tub may not be suitable for everyone. For example children & people with mobility issues who may have difficulty stepping into & out of it. There is a grab bar, which helps).

PETS: There is a dog fee of $50 for each pet. Entire back yard is fenced!

PARTIES MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PARKING: Off-street parking for 3 cars only.

You can park on the street ONLY DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE.

If you have more than 3 vehicles, you should be prepared to park the extra ones at the village (.8 mi away) where there is covered parking and cars can be left overnight without charge, if necessary.

If you are there in the winter & there is snow, you may need to clear space for your car & a pathway to the house. Tools are available for you to do that & I can provide phone numbers for snow clearance, if you wish. The road itself is snow plowed regularly.

We are very responsible & will always make sure the place is "guest ready" for your arrival & that the keys are there for you.

About the area

Scott & Lupy's home is located in Lake Arrowhead, California, United States. The home is in a fabulous neighborhood!! Quiet, residential, level road & parking!, wonderful neighbors. Serene, beautiful, safe, perfect temperatures most of the time. Lake Arrowhead has sun 300 days a year on average. The entire back of the house is fenced if you bring dogs (extra pet fee applies) and nestled in a private forest setting!

Getting around

Getting around There is a good, inexpensive local bus service called Marta in the mountains. Please search the internet for more information as it blocks us from giving the web address. The ARROWHEAD QUEEN is a guided boat tour on what looks like a mini steamboat that take one all around the lake. It departs every hour from the VIllage.

Getting here

The house is situated in a really good place for commuting - just down the road from Highway 18. Within about 90 minutes of many areas & attractions: Los Angeles; the Desert Cities; Orange County; Ontario Airport; Disneyland...

Interaction with guest

We are very responsible & will always make sure the place is "guest ready" for your arrival & that the keys are there for you. There is a guest book with lots of info on the house and activities in the area. Feel free to contact us if we can give advice for the area/activities.
