“Great house!”

Reviewed 29 May 2016

We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room inside and out. Kitchen was large and well stocked. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. The deck with swing and rocking chairs was an evening favorite. Evening walks to take in the beautiful views another favoite. The cabin is nice and private and we will be back soon. Already planning another relaxing trip.

Owner's reply: thank you!

“Beautiful”

Reviewed 9 Jan 2016

This is our 2nd time booking with Liz and I am in the process of booking my 3rd trip with her. The cabin is roomy, clean, and peaceful. It has all the amenities you need. It's in a beautiful private gated community. We enjoyed our walks in the area. You will be rewarded with a spectacular view of the mountains. The location of the cabin is perfect. You will be just a few miles to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock and roughly a 40 minute drive to Hendersonville and Black Mountain. Don't miss visiting those towns. Overall, if you are looking for a getaway from the rat race this is the place to go and booking one of Liz's cabins will let you rest assured your trip will be enjoyable with no worries.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

The owner responded to my first email inquiring about her cabins within the hour back in Oct 2014 and we were blessed to be able to schedule a long weekend the first week of Nov. for our daughters birthday. We were in awe from the start of the grounds, the home , how well everything was laid out , the works! It felt like home from the moment we walked in and our two and a half day weekend was so full. Our family decided as we were leaving that this is where we wanted to spend our Summer vacation instead of the beach and I booked it as soon as I returned. We love that we are close to so many things to do but also to ourselves for the privacy. The neighborhood is awesome for walking and everyone is always so friendly. Very clean and safe and even though there are more properties to choose from my family always says, " but we love this one". The local mgr is a phone call away and responds within minutes. We talk about this cabin to everyone and hope to be able to go back many times in the future. Just thinking about it relaxes us and we long to be there. The price is more than reasonable and the value is so much greater! It feels like a dream come true that won't last for long and we pray that won't be the case. Thank you Liz and Cindy, you both are such gems to our family.
