Luxurious, fully furnished 1BR condo with breathtaking views of mountains in the heart of Squaw Valley Village, home of the VIII Winter Olympic Games. The Village at Squaw Valley is a luxury, world-class, 5 star resort with a variety of adventurous, fun activities for the entire family year-round. The Village at Squaw Valley is a European style alpine resort that features a variety of restaurants (both casual and fine dining), cafes, galleries, shops, boutiques, entertainment venues, and ski lifts just few steps away. Summer activities include golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, rafting and boating, sailing, swimming, and tennis. During winter, enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, sleigh riding and ice skating.

Our 1 Bedroom condominium comfortably sleeps 4 people, has 1 Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious living room with a queen size sofabed in front of a cozy fireplace. 1 bathroom with a deep bathtub, hair dryer, and heated slate tile floors. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a big dining table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cooking and serving utensils, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with automatic filtered water, and in-room coffee. Heated slate tiles on the kitchen floor. 2 color TVs with satellite cable in living room and master bedroom, 1 DVD player. Unlimited FREE high speed internet access. The condo also has a private balcony with patio furniture and remarkable views of the mountains.

OTHER AMENITIES IN THE BUILDING INCLUDE: Spa with Sauna and 2 large outdoor Jacuzzi (heated year-round) with magnificent views of the entire Squaw Valley mountains (Jacuzzi and sauna are conveniently located just down the hall from the condo), three different fitness centers, guest laundry facilities inside the building, complementary heated and secure underground parking. Business services available with fax, photocopier and computer services for all guests of Squaw Village.

Please note that our condo is located in the heart of Squaw Village. This is not a house located in a secluded forest area in the middle of nowhere where you can find peace and quiet 24 hours a day. Our condo is located in the center of European-style village with an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues, so make sure that you are aware that Squaw Village is a "happening" place with fun and activities for everyone.

Squaw Valley features golf course that is ranked among the finest golf courses in North America and offers 18 hole, Par 72 Scottish-style links nestled in the beautiful Squaw Valley meadow.

Explore Squaw Valley's beautiful wilderness on one of our many hikes and choose from a variety of trails. Climb to the weathered buttresses atop Squaw Peak, visit the historic Watson Monument at Emigrant Peak, or meander through the meadows covered with wildflowers, and enjoy the panoramic views afforded from Squaw's spacious upper mountain. Squaw Valley also offers a variety of guided hiking options for summer guests, including evening Full Moon or Sunset Hikes that take place every Friday and Saturday evening throughout the summer. Explore Squaw Valley's upper mountain as the moon rises and the sun sets over Lake Tahoe.

Take in spectacular views of the Valley and surrounding alpine scenery on horseback. The Squaw Valley Stables offers a variety of riding options for the entire family to make your visit to Squaw Valley a memorable one.

Our condo is located just steps away from a Trilogy Spa that offers extensive menu of spa treatments. Indulge and pamper yourself with a variety of body scrubs, refreshing eucalyptus steam showers, conditioning scalp treatments with coconut and macadamia nut oils, avocado and honey body wraps, invigorating full body massage showers, custom skin-plumping treatments, Indian Hot Stone massages, and many other spa treatments with complimentary fruits, delicious teas and refreshing beverages. Trilogy offers a relaxing setting especially designed for two: couples, mothers and daughters, or the best of friends - the perfect opportunity to share personal time together.

Ride the scenic Cable Car to the Squaw Valley's High Camp Swimming Lagoon and Spa, located at elevation 8200'. Squaw Valley's Swimming Lagoon and Spa is one of the most breathtaking places in the world to relax surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra's. The free-form swimming pool features 25 meter lap lanes and two islands landscaped with waterfalls and native boulders. The 25' diameter spa is heated to 102 degrees and surrounded by expansive decks and a casual umbrella bar. The Bath and Tennis Club provides lockers, showers, and changing rooms, along with towel rentals.

While at Squaw Valley's High Camp, visit the Olympic sized ice skating pavilion overlooking magnificent Lake Tahoe and offering the thrill and excitement of ice skating in a truly unique and awe-inspiring setting. The ice skating pavilion is open daily throughout the year, ice skating is available for all ages. Hockey or figure skate rentals are offered, private lessons are available by appointment.

You can also visit Olympic Museum and learn about the 1960 Winter Olympics that took place at Squaw Valley USA. The Olympic Museum, located at High Camp, showcases unique collection of memorabilia, news articles, and video presentations detailing many magical moments that took place at Squaw Valley USA. The museum is open daily at High Camp.

There is a variety of specialty shops located on the resort property, including sports clothing and equipment, shoes, bath and beauty products, wine store, and many others. There are two shops that we would like to mention about: Alice's Mountain Market, which offers beer, wine, drinks, groceries, snacks, fresh fruit and vegetables, medicine, DVD and video rentals, newspapers, and books (this store is located just steps away from the condo.) Another shop is for pet lovers - a pet boutique called 'Tails by the Lake' that offers interesting and whimsical items for your beloved furry friend!

Squaw Valley is a winter playground for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities. Squaw Valley offers 25% beginner, 45% intermediate, and 30% expert terrain with 33 lifts, 4,000 acres and 2,850 vertical feet of terrain, access to six mountain peaks, 16 spacious open bowls, groomed 100 runs, terrain parks and halfpipes, and FREE night skiing with every day lift ticket.

Visiting our condo together with children? Squaw Village has SquawKids Children's Center - a great place for families with children. SquawKids Children's Center dedicates 12,000 square feet of space to guests between the ages of 3 and 12. Located at the base of the mountain, the Center is adjacent to six lifts, state-of-the-art Funitel, and 110 passenger aerial Cable Car. SquawKids Children's Center provides several full day and half day programs tailored to the age and ability of each child. Visit Squaw Kids Children's Center and meet special character KT the Bear who visits almost every day to make sure kids are having fun!
