The house was perfect except for one thing--there was no grill! the house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Make sure a grill is included with your rentals! We don't want to cook a lot, but throwing something on the grill is really easy and good! The only other issue we had was we had a hard time finding great food--restaurants we patronized were mediocre.
We have rented our place for the past 3 years to the same people. However, they loved The Hampton's so much that they BOUGHT their own place!! Renting is a good way to 'get your feet wet' to see how you like wintering in Florida.
