Reviews for this vacation condo rental in Las Vegas, Nevada

I rented the house for an entire hockey team to stay. There was PLENTY of room for everyone! The back yard is HUGE, and the pool and spa were a huge hit with the guys! We will definitely be staying again next year!!! It's also just a short/cheap cab ride to the strip, and has extremely easy access to shopping and groceries. We loved it! Thanks again!

Our experience was just OK, although the house slept 16 people, it was not comfortable. There were not enough bathrooms, the refridgerator was too small to accomodate that many people, and you could hear every noise in your room. Two of the rooms were converted, one from the garage and the other from a closet. The beds were not comfortable and terrible to sleep on. I would also look for something closer to the strip next time as this house is a good 10 miles away.

Not what I expected...

Just checked in. Property manager Kevin was very friendly. Living area is NOT 8800 sqft, but more like 5500 sqft. Originally a 4 bdrm house. The 4 extra bdrms came from a converted kitchen pantry, converted single-car garage, converted master bdrm walk-in closet, and converted den. One bathrm is an exterior pool bath that isn't accessible from inside the house. On the plus side, the furniture is pretty nice and backyard looks as good as depicted. Overall the property is less of a villa and more of a dated 1990's mediterranean-style house. I feel cheated, especially at $975/night. If you are looking for a luxurious, high-end retreat, this is not it.

George Dumas is a scam, don't trust him!

George Dumas, who can be reached at (702)417-5858, is a fraudulent renter. He agrees to rent you a property, then cancels a week or so before you are due to arrive and doesn't return your deposit. Beware, do not rent any properties that are listed under his name or that phone number. He has several properties listed on several different websites, and has several complaints logged against him (just google his name and las vegas and you will see). Watch out!

First of all I payed for this unit and three days before the stay, I recieved an e-mail from John Rivera sending me to the 3483 Biscaya Circle unit because of some problems with the previous property. The unit which I ended up staying in had plumbing problems in one of the toilets rendering it useless along with a broken fawcet handle in another bathroom. There were heating problems in some areas of the house. I made contact with Mr. Rivera and nothing got fixed. In the end a $300 dll reinbursement because of theese issues was agreed, but until this day I haven't heard a word. I have lost all confidence to contract your services again.
