Reviews for this vacation home rental in Las Vegas, Nevada

RENTERS BEWARE!! THIS IS A RIP_OFF SCAM. Do the research first. Check out the southern nevada better business bureau and look at las vegas vacation estates. These people will take your money and then not return e-mails, phone calls, or security deposits.
Yes, it is a palace

The Villa is as described in the listing. Also, any problem that does come up is immediately attended to. Will rent again.

We were not able to actually stay in this house as the rental conditions changed everytime we made contact with the rental agent. She has lengthy and confusing rental paperwork (as well as asking for way too much personal info, i. e. salary, rental references). She is very difficult to communicate with and is very rude. Since she won't accept credit cards, she can change the conditions and you are out any money already invested (or she will give you a credit on a stay within the next year). Save your time, money and sanity and find a better rental agent. We did!

After keeping my daughter’s money for six months, the reservation was canceled. The reservation was canceled a few days before the wedding WITHOUT an explanation as to why, which caused major frustrations and changes that effected the wedding plans. When requesting an explanation, all emails and phone calls were ignored.
