The website for this property indicated "views from every room" and "Master Bedroom w/Gorgeous Views". There were no views from any of the windows, only walls of tall buildings next door. It's interesting that after we called about it, the web site was changed to say "Master Bedroom - No views from Master Bedroom". A little late for us. We did not have enough towels. We called and were told we would be getting more - we never did. After that we did not get any satisfactory response from calls or emails. The main door for the property was down an alley way. The smoke alarm in the master bedroom was damaged. The extra bedding was in bags laying on the floor of the closet. We weren't sure if it was clean or dirty. There were garbage bags of dirty laundry in the broom closet. What they called full beds were actually click down sofas. The only good thing I can say about this property is that there was plenty of room for the six people in our group and the security people were very helpful. The pool at the Cosmopolitan (which we had access to) was very nice but a bit of a walk to get to it.

My name is Ron and I am staying in Las Vegas this weekend (7-2-10) with Rich. We are in possession of a rental agreement that states we were to have a 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe luxury suite for our time in Las Vegas. Upon our arrival we find out that this is not the case and not only did they first try to stick us in a room staring at a concrete wall but now we are in separate rooms on separate floors as well. This is a far cry from what we wanted and a far cry from what we booked. On top of this you and your company do not even have the courtesy to return our phone calls. It is never pleasant for anyone to arrive on their vacation and have to deal with this type of mistake. We fulfilled our obligation of payment in full for the property. It does state in the agreement that the owner reserves the right to put renters in a LIKE property should there be an emergency. However this is not the case here. We were told that the room we rented and that we have the supporting conformation agreement for was currently occupied. That is a slap in the face. We rented a 2 bedroom suite not a large one bedroom hotel room. The least you could have offered is to meet us half way and give us one of the rooms for no cost to us or give us one free night per room for our inconvenience. Instead you offered nothing concrete for our inconvienience. Customers beware. This company did not take care of us and refused to take our calls. I cannot help but feel ripped off."

The ad suggested fabulous views but with the construction on all sides, there was no view. The location is great and close to everything on the Strip. The kitchen is not fully equipt and the bathrooms lacked a good cleaning. The A/C unit I believe was having a hard time not pulling in construction dust because we all awoke with sinus congestion and sore throats.

We were supposed to have this particular unit for the weekend and we were given a different unit that was filthy upon check in. Was never cleaned after prior visitors checked out. Tried to get a hold of the manager but she would only text message. Asked her twice to call me so that we could resolve the situation and she would not. She tried to tell me that the owners had changed the unit to reflect their taste and that is why the unit did not look the same as the one on the website!! She was incredibly rude and made me out to be the idiot for insisting that we had the wrong room. She never apologized for the situation or checked back with us to make sure that things were taken care of. Only after security tried to reach her did she get the maid in to clean the room. The Jockey Club, where this unit is located, was fabulous. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Security was great and were disgusted by the way were treated. Very poor experience!!

One word can describe how my group and I felt at 2am when arriving to our suite... SHOCKED! The apartment I walked in to was NOTHING like described in these pictures. I walked in to a very old apartment with ONE bedroom instead of two! There were two queen beds in the middle of the living room and in the one bedroom there was a bathroom (with no doors) and only a roman tub (which no one used) and the only other bathroom had HALF of a shower (for 10 people)!! In the other half of the shower was a washer and dryer that God only knows can be an electrical hazard! More than anything I was very upset at the fact that my phone calls were never returned when I called to complain! I must say that since there was nothing we can do, we made the best of the situation, but I was very disappointed and frankly will never use or recommend this site to anyone!! I think it is very unprofessional and unethical to show guests one thing and deliver another.

This Penthouse was very big to our surprise and very clean. It was large enough for a crowd of 6 and we still had enough room to dance and have an amazing time. I love the fact that there's no carpeting and that it's hardwood floors. Loved it! We ended up never using our car, because we were on the strip next to so many incredible places and we were in the best location!
We had a wonderful time in Las Vegas! The penthouse worked out beautifully, we couldn´t have asked for a better location, and there was plenty or room for everyone! Thanks again, I hope to work with you again in the very near future!
Wanted to let you know what a good time we had in Las Vegas. The penthouse was great; plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. Great air-conditioning which was appreciate with temps in the 100´s . Check in was easy. Security was nice and plentiful. The front desk was good to deal with. Anyways, thanks again. We would definitely recommend your penthouse to others and would love to visit in the future.
