“South Dakota Paradise”

Reviewed 29 Jul 2016

We had a full house of 14 people for our four night stay. A wonderful place to stay just off the beaten path but still so close to everything. Bob is fabulous to work with and always answered my questions quickly and in a kind way. The view off of the multiple decks are gorgeous and anything we needed for our stay was virtually already there for us. A great choice for anyone looking to stay in the black hills area!

“Excellent Views”

This home was outstanding and very beautiful inside and out. The views were breath taking. Communication with Bob was the best. We stayed during the Sturgis 75th anniversary. The only thing I would caution is those with motorcycles. It is about a 1/2 mile off of 14a on a hard packed dirt road with a steady incline and then a hard right turn (about 130 degrees) up a steep gravel road to the house. So if you are trailering your bikes or riding be prepared for this obstacle. It wasn't impossible just a little tedious. I would definitely stay here again but maybe not with the bikes.

“Beautiful view”

Big Sky was a great get away for our family reunion. The road up is a bit treacherous, especially after heavy rains. The house was nice and the surroundings were peaceful. I have to say, the best part of the whole stay though was Lewie's Saloon and Eatery in Lead. We ended up there for most of our meals and a great place to just hang out.

Owner's reply: Thanks, Cena, Very happy to here your family had a good time in the hills, sorry about the road up the hill, its a road dist. road, and they haven't maintained it for years, and wouldn't let me touch it either, but I just received a bid from a contractor that is going to be repairing it in the next week, so it should be good far into the future.
