“Wilmington vacation”

Reviewed 5 Jul 2015

We rented this property for 3 nights at the end of June. The owners were quick to reply to our vacation request. The rental agreement was well spelled out. Payment, deposit, arrival, and departure information was easy to follow. The condo overview on the website was accurate. The condo was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Our favorite part was the screened in patio. The view onto the golf course/pond was great and the patio was relaxing. Nice to go out in the am and pm without threat of bugs! Used the driving range a few times and played 1 round of 18 holes. Course was great. Very short walk to one of the pools. We liked the walk-in area of the pool, nice for adults to sit in the water and get cool. Walked every day in the am and pm admiring the private homes in the Magnolia Greens complex. The homes were well kept and neighborhoods were well manicured. Loved that there was a Walgreens right as you entered the Magnolia Greens complex. Also a Wal Mart, McDonald's, Rite Aid, Harris Teeter, and Applebee's were across the street or next to the complex. We went to Wrightsville Beach twice. Took about 20-25 minutes to get there. Some times there was traffic due to time of day or construction which added time to the commute. This was a very nice place to stay, very affordable, and the owners were very easy to work with! We would definitely recommend this vacation rental:)

“Great place to stay and owners are wonderful!”

Reviewed 9 Nov 2014

My husband and I rented the condo in Magnolia Greens for three plus months, July through October 2014. We had a wonderful time in a very comfortable place. The setting is perfect. Only a short walk to the gym and pool, also great shopping and restaurants close by. The golf course is beautiful and there are many places to walk and bike in the community. Terri and Joe were most helpful to us in many ways. We moved from Maine to North Carolina and stayed in their condo until we found a permanent home. They were most supportive to our needs, answered many questions and eased our transition greatly. They are most accommodating, helpful and honest. They worked with us in every way possible to make our stay comfortable and provide what we needed. We would highly recommend them and their place.

“Great summer vacation”

Reviewed 25 Jul 2014

The condo was in a perfect location for our trip. We are golfers so being on a golf course was a dream. We were close to Wilmington which was a beautiful older city where the wedding we were attending was held. The premises we booked were clean and inviting. Any concerns we had were quickly handled. We could not have been any happier with the condo. Would certainly book again.

“Relaxing peaceful stay”

Reviewed 12 Jul 2014

The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet with an exceptional view of the greens of Magnolia Golf Course. The kitchen was well equipped to meet everyone's basic cooking needs, as well as simple extras like coffee filters and seasonings. The living space provided enough seating and the outdoor screened porch has a comfortable table and chair set. The beds are comfortable and spacious with large closets and hangers. The bathrooms are a good size and were very clean. Our family appreciated the thoughtfulness of the small extras the owners provided so we did not have to include them in our shopping trip to the grocery store. We has a wonderful stay.

“Magnolia Condo”

Reviewed 1 Oct 2013

We had a wonderful time in Leland visiting family and friends for the week we were there. Joe and Terri have a fabulous, well furnished condo. It has everything you would need, cable, high speed internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, even a home phone. It was really nice to have the kids in their own bedroom with their own bathroom while ours was on the other side of the living room. I really can't recommend renting from Joe & Terri enough, first class all the way!

“Fairway Villas Review”

Reviewed 13 Aug 2013

We enjoyed our stay and would love to spend another weekend at Fairway Villas again! Joe and Terri have been very accommodating. The condo was extremely spacious and included everything that we needed, such as baking equipment and a dvd player in the living room. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing as well.

“Golfers Paradise”

We enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Greens Plantation very much, it's a great condo on a beautiful quiet golf course. The efficiency inside the condo was nice and allowed our family to be able to be together but still have some privacy. The condo was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We will plan on staying there again. Babs

“Great place to stay”

Reviewed 27 Jun 2013

We needed something local to Wilmington NC for several days. Fairway Villas was the perfect location and the unit itself had all that was needed. Although we spent most of the time away from it (as our trip required it), it was great to come back at night and relax on the deck with a glass of wine. Dealing with the owner was very pleasant and certainly helped to decide if we ever need to stay there in the future.

Upon opening the door at 113 Bentgreen villa, we knew that the month of March was going to go way too fast. What a beautiful place! Bright, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. The views off the screened-in patio over looking the 15th hole of the golf course were awesome. Surrounded by golf courses, short drive to several beachs, historic Wilmington, the board walk, it is a great place to vacation. Our hosts, Terrie & Joe, made us feel like family instead of guests. This was a great vacation experience and we hope to come back again. Joyce & Tom Minocqua, WI.
