This traditional stone cottage with multi fuel stove, private parking is in the village of Levens in the Lake District and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.Limestone Cottage is a charming period cottage with plenty of character plus contemporary style. In the pretty village of Levens and just a few minutes walk from historical monuments, hiking and cycling trails, village pub and a shop. Limestone Cottage sleeps three people in one double and one single bedroom which share the family bathroom. Downstairs there's a lovely living/dining room with period beams and a wood burning stove plus a fully equipped kitchen and downstairs WC. The garden is a lovely feature of this holiday home, a perfect oasis for a warm summer's evening. There's private parking for two cars and secure storage for your bikes. Lively Kendal is just 6 miles down the road and the Cumbrian coast is within easy access, making Limestone Cottage the perfect base for an exploration of the South Lakes and Yorkshire Dales at any time of year.

The village has a lovely old church, general store/newsagent and a pub. With excellent views of the southern fells across the Lyth Valley and the River Kent which flows below the village.
