This stylish detached lodge is in the village of Llanbedr in North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Robin Lodge is in the village of Llanbedr in North Wales. The lodge can sleep six people in three bedrooms, comprising a double, a twin and a ground floor twin as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The lodge also contains a utility, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric woodburner-effect stove as well as a landing with sitting area and table football. To the outside of the lodge is off road parking for two cars and front and side lawned garden with covered decked veranda with furniture and hot tub. Located in stunning countryside, Robin Lodge is a lovely property suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Amenities: Electric central heating with electric panel heaters and electric woodburner-effect stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. 4G WiFi with unlimited download data, 2 x TV (one with FreeSat and one with no signal for use with PlayStation 3), DVD, Blu-ray, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for beach and hot tub. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front and side lawned garden with covered decked veranda with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Beach 2 miles.
