This superb cottage just outside Llanrwst in North Wales and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.Pengwern Farmhouse is a superb cottage just outside Llanrwst in North Wales. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a ground floor double, a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, a double with a basin and two twins which can be arranged as super king-size doubles on request. There is a ground floor shower room and a bathroom on the first floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with a games area, a conservatory with a dining area and a sitting room.Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub and there is ample off road parking. Pengwern Farmhouse is in a fantastic setting with woodland walks available from the door.

Amenities: Oil central heating with two electric stoves. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machines and tumble dryers in external utility. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.
