This converted barn is situated near the Powys village of Newbridge-on-Wye and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.The Carnau Lodgings is a stone barn conversion nestled in the Welsh countryside surrounding Newbridge-on-Wye, in Powys. It plays host to three bedrooms; a double with en-suite bathroom, a twin with en-suite shower room and a single, sleeping five people. There is also a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen and living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawned area, wildlife ponds and sheltered patio with BBQ and furniture. The Carnau Lodgings offer an escape to families or friends looking for a break in a lovely part of Wales.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove and air conditioning. Gas range oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi. Town: Situated on the meandering River Wye, Newbridge-on-Wye is a small and pretty village, just a short drive from lots of little villages and market towns, including the Victorian Spa town of Llandrindod Wells. The little rural community boasts a popular pub, village stores and butcher’s shop and is surrounded by the breathtaking Mid Wales countryside. Fabulous walking can be done in the Radnor Forest and just ten miles away are the fantastic Elan Valley reservoirs and impressive Victorian dams. Take a trip to Rhayader, a bustling Welsh market town with a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and unique little boutiques, including local antiques, as well as the added bonus of a leisure centre with a large swimming pool and a weekly livestock market. You can also visit Builth Wells, where the Spring Festival, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Winter Fair are all held annually.
