GROUND FLOOR

Enter the flat directly into the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, boasting warmth and comfort. The first bedroom and shower room are also located on the ground floor.

KITCHEN

The immaculate kitchen area features sleek white furniture and offers the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, such as electric hobs, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

DINING AREA

The dining space is nicely decorated with plants and a dining table for 6 is placed by the kitchen area.

LIVING AREA with sofa-bed for extra guests

On the left hand side is a sitting area consisting of 2 sofas, a coffee table and floor lamps. The living room sofa can extend to become a double sofa bed to sleep 2 people.

FIRST BEDROOM

This room is located on the ground floor and offers a double bed, bedside cabinets and a mirrored wardrobe.

SHOWER ROOM

On the ground floor, opposite the first bedroom, is a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, a single wash basin and a WC.

GARDEN

The entrance to the property is made at the back of the building directly through the private garden, decorated with lovely plants and flowers and featuring a small sofa and coffee tables, perfect for a relaxing breakfast al fresco.

FIRST FLOOR

Upstairs on the first floor are two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

SECOND BEDROOM

This bedroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a single bed, a bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers as well as a small mirrored wardrobe. The windows look over the street.

THIRD BEDROOM

This room is also located on the first floor and offers a double bed, bedside tables and a mirrored wardrobe.

SECOND BATHROOM

Located on the first floor, this bathroom is fitted with a WC , a single wash basin and a combined bath-tub and shower.
