FIRST LIVING ROOM
Enter the house up a short flight of stairs. The hallway opens into a large and sunny double living room which is fitted with an upright piano, perfect for creative and relaxing moments. The front half of the living room looks over the garden square. The second half of the living room has a comfortable sitting area fitted with 2 sofas and a chair facing the fireplace and TV. The room is decorated with tasteful pieces of artwork, plants and decorative objects and the window looks over the garden.
There is a lavatory and washbasin on this floor.
Located on the first floor, this room is very spacious and offers a king sized bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The sunny south-facing window looks out over the trees of the garden square with distant views of the city.
This bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed with a bedside table, a lamp, a desk and a chair. This room features a large wardrobe with shelves as well as a large mirror. The window in this room overlooks the garden.
This cosy bedroom offers a single bed, a mirror and a chair and has windows overlooking the garden.
This bathroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a bath tub and a hand-held shower, a WC, a single wash basin and a hand-held bidet.
On the open plan lower ground garden floor there is a playroom featuring a table that can sit up to 4-6 people. The opaque glass double doors can be closed to create a bedroom with a double airbed (not photographed).
SECOND LIVING AREA
The stylish sitting area is fitted with a sofa and 2 armchairs and is animated by lovely artwork, ideal to relax with after dinner coffee.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
On the garden floor is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, adjoining the second living area and the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay including an induction hob, a double oven which converts to a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and elegant marble tops. This area boasts natural light coming through the glass roof and doors leading to the garden. The dining area is in the conservatory part of the room and features a table, sitting 8 people comfortably with views of the garden. The glazed patio concertina doors come all the way back to extend the dining room seamlessly onto the patio.
This bathroom is located on the lower ground floor and is fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC, a single wash basin and a bidet.
On the lower ground floor is a secure covered passage perfect for storing your luggage and belongings. There is a door that leads directly to the street.
Next to the bathroom and side passage, is the laundry cupboard fitted with a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.
The private garden can be accessed from the glazed concertina doors from the dining area and is fitted with a table and chairs, perfect for outside dining.
No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, this home is set over 3 floors and there is no lift available. The house was extensively and sensitively modernised in 2017.
A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
