LIVING ROOM

Just on the right of the entrance hall, is the open-plan living room and kitchen area. On the left is the living space, with 2 large blue sofas, an armchair, a lovely fireplace, a television and bookcases each side of the harth.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA

On the other side of the room, is the chic kitchen area. With wooden floors and dark grey cupboards, this kitchen has all the amenities you will need during your stay- including a coffee machine. In the centre of this space is a dining table and 6 chairs. This room overlooks the garden beyond.

GARDEN

The garden has a paved area, with a lawn beyond. There is a table and chair, perfect for dining in the summer months.

PLAYROOM & FIRST BEDROOM

Downstairs to the basement, where there is a beautiful playroom, with colourful rug, small play tent and art on the walls. There is also a futon which can sleep 2 guests if needed.

UTILITIES

The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the hallway of the basement.

BATHROOM

On the basement floor, there is a bathroom, with stand-in shower, WC and sink, with tiling throughout.

MASTER BEDROOM

This beautiful bedroom, on the first floor, has a blue colour scheme, with a super-king-sized bed, chest of drawers, artwork on the walls, a dressing table, wardrobe and bedside tables. There is also an en suite bathroom.

EN SUITE

With a lovely freestanding bath, there is also a walk-in shower, sink and WC.

THIRD BEDROOM

Upstairs on the top floor, is a double bedroom to sleep 2 guests. With beside tables and a hanging rail for storage.

BATHROOM

The bathroom had lovely patterned tiling on the floor, with a large bath with overhead shower, sink and WC.

FOURTH BEDROOM

This bright room has a single bed and bedside table. This room is usually a child’s room so has a small cot in here, suitable for young children if needed.

No smoking, pets or parties! Please note that there are signs of wear and tear to one of the bedroom corner walls.

A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
