Through the front door, into the hallway, with artwork and mirror hanging on the wall.

DINING ROOM & KITCHEN

On the right-hand side of the hall, is the dining room, with lovely high ceilings. There is a table and chairs to seat 6 guests. Bookcases line the far wall and a large window overlooks the garden.

On the opposite side of the room is the kitchen, with beautiful wooden worktops, this room has all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a kitchen island, which has the induction hob, in the centre of the room. This has bar stools below if wanting to sit down to a relaxed breakfast. The sash window, with white shutters, looks out on to the quiet, tree-line street.

WC

There is a WC and basin on the ground floor.

LIVING ROOM

Downstairs to the lower ground floor, to the living area. It is spacious, with a calming atmosphere and comprises a large corner sofa, fireplace, a coffee table and art on the walls, as well as a television in the corner. On the other side of the room, there are 2 armchairs, which look out over the garden. French doors lead outside.

GARDEN

The courtyard garden has a paved area, lots of plants and outdoor seating. A real secluded paradise-in Angel!

FIRST BEDROOM

On the first floor of the property. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, with bookcase in the corner, an armchair by the window and a large wardrobe for storage. There is also a chest of drawers.

BATHROOM

This spacious bathroom has stylish, minimalist décor with a mirror and basin, large bath and WC. There is also a separate stand-in shower.

SECOND BEDROOM

Up a further flight of stairs, to the twin bedroom. This has 2 single beds, a large bookcase and an en suite bathroom.

EN SUITE

This en suite includes a shower, basin and WC. This en suite can be accessed from both the second and the third bedrooms, separately.

THIRD BEDROOM

The third bedroom comprises a comfortable king-sized bed, bedside table, bookcase and an Anglepoise lamp. There is also a hanging rail for storage.
