As you enter the property you are greeted with a hallway with lovely wooden floors. To your right is a smart downstairs toilet with a charming glass fronted cabinet in it with draws. To the left there is a very airy and large sitting and dining area. To the left are floor-to-ceiling glass windows which flood the room with light. There is an inviting mix of traditional and contemporary furniture in this room with large cream sofas covered in cushions and a beautiful antique-style rug in the middle of the room. There is a lovely glass dining table with room for four and two enormous double glass doors leading out onto a small but jolly patio. This is full of potted plants, some with lovely white flowers and plenty of shrubbery climbing up the walls. Flowing through to the right there is a discreet utility room with washing machine and then a good-sized kitchen with another window looking out onto the patio. This kitchen has a sleek, modern finish with in-built microwave in the wall and a dishwasher hidden behind the cabinets. There is an American-style fridge freezer and more storage space either side meaning that the room is wonderfully free from clutter. There is also a lovely breakfast table seating too where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee with the radio on. The stairs are wooden and have lovely low-level spot-lighting all the way up. On the first floor there are two large rooms with en-suites. To the right there is the master bedroom with double bed, two side tables, good storage space and a window with trendy frosted glass panes and a small side-window with charming views out onto a small, leafy park beyond. There is an en-suite bathroom with pale cream tiles and a large bath. To the left as you come up the stairs is the second room which boasts more large windows, letting in plenty of light. This room contains a large single sofa bed and plenty of storage space as well as an en-suite with impressively-sized walk-in shower.
A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
