The property sits on a peaceful road with its own off-street parking space and driveway. Upon entrance inside, you will find two bedrooms straight ahead with windows to the garden – the first is a small cot room that provides a nice, quiet space for a baby. The second bedroom is of a medium size with a double bed and a good level of built in storage space. Down a flight of stairs with walls adorned with colourful photos and prints, is a living area that has splashes of colour, eye-catching decoration and an inviting, warm atmosphere. Its large sofa and leather armchair are arranged facing a plasma TV for entertainment. There is also an antique wooden study desk by the window which overlooks the driveway and street. Further down into the lower level is the serene and tastefully finished master bedroom which has a King-sized bed and large wardrobes. Its en suite is fully fitted with a high-quality walk-in shower. The family bathroom in the hall has a good sized bathtub with a shower unit to suit all tastes. You will then find a large, well-finished kitchen and dining space that has a modern, sleek finish with all-white cupboard units and a lovely dining table which has colourful seating for up to eight guests. A second, informal living area with a geometric patterned rug and a piano leads to a gorgeous raised garden which has seating .

You are a few minutes walk from Clapham Old Town with its mix of Georgian and Victorian architecture, independent cinema, restaurants, and a food market held every weekend throughout the year. The large 220 acre expanse of Clapham Common lies just south of the Old Town and makes for lovely walks by its several ponds; it also has a skateboarding venue, sporting facilities and several historical features including a Grade 2 listed Bandstand - the largest in London.
