Our Brick Street Residences are currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment. The 10 new luxury residences will open again in June 2019.

Opening in June 2019, our new Brick Street Residences are sized from 105sqm to 110sqm. Each residence offers large open-plan living and dining areas, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On arrival, our team will introduce guests to all the facilities – the spa, restaurants, and concierge services – and the Brick Street private entrance to their residence.

LIVING AND DINING ROOMS

Whether guests are staying as a family, or visiting for business, the natural light-filled interiors have been designed to create a sense of home. The open-plan living room is centred by a round-cornered glass coffee table, placed on a deep petrol blue carpet, which adds warmth and comfort to the contemporary interiors. A comfortable warm grey leather reading chair and the large corner sofa create an enveloping and welcoming space.

From here, guests can enjoy the 65-inch interactive TV, which offers channels dedicated to meditation and yoga. This sleek entertainment system is equipped with wiring to connect all electronic devices and games consoles.

The living and dining room area is the perfect space for entertaining, featuring an extendable table and cream leather chairs for up to eight people. For working guests, a marble top desk is discreetly placed at the back of the room, featuring American and European plug sockets, with a 110v power break.

KITCHEN

A fully equipped Lauren Nicholas open-plan kitchen, featuring white marble countertops, modern appliances and breakfast-bar seating for more laidback meals, overlooks the living area.

BEDROOMS

The two elegant bedrooms combine practicality with luxury furnishings, such as blackout blinds, wardrobes with internal lighting and a safe, as well as dressing tables and bespoke headboards featuring built-in reading lights and USB charging points. Master bedrooms offer views of the landscaped courtyard below. Either bedroom can be converted into a twin room if required.

COURTYARD

The central feature of the courtyard is a striking handmade pergola, designed by landscape artist, Peter Curzon. It features interlocking ribbons and in-built heaters for the cooler months. This is an unusual oasis in the heart of London, for exclusive use of Brick Street residents, who can enjoy drinks and cuisine here year-round, including options from the healthy menu.

AMENITIES AND FACILITIES

The residences offer the same five-star facilities and services as the Hotel (which is a one-minute walk away), with 24-hour room service and the convenience of valet parking. Guests can also benefit from the expertise of a 24-hour concierge, whether arranging personal training sessions in the fully equipped gym, making priority reservations at the hotel’s restaurants, Gridiron or Nobu, or booking appointments at the hotel’s holistic wellness centre – In-room treatments can also be arranged, if guests prefer. On the day of arrival, guests will find a welcome breakfast basket in the kitchen.
