LIVING ROOM

The living room offers a comfortable sofa and sofa chair, with a glass coffee table in between. A modernist fireplace and potted plants complete this calming aesthetic.

SECOND RECEPTION ROOM

This room is ideal for watching television, with a comfortable corner sofa, a television opposite and artwork on the walls.

WC & UTILITY

There is a WC, basin and washing machine available on the ground floor.

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

The kitchen and dining space is modernist in style and enjoys plenty of natural light, particular from the skylights above the kitchen. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, as well as an island with bar stools.

By the doors out to the garden, there is a wooden dining table and chairs, as well as framed artwork.

GARDEN

The garden can be access from the dining area and includes a lawn with artificial grass, trampoline and outdoor seating. The garden also includes a BBQ, great for the summer time.

FIRST BEDROOM

On the first floor, is a single bed, with a further single trundle bed that can be pulled out from underneath. This room also includes art on the walls, a desk with chair and a white wardrobe.

BATHROOM

The bathroom includes a bath with built in Jacuzzi jets, overhead shower, WC and basin, all with contemporary tiling.

SECOND BEDROOM

The second bedroom includes a single bed, with a further trundle single bed underneath. There is also a desk and chair, by the window. For storage, there is a white wardrobe.

MASTER BEDROOM

The light-filled master bedroom has a relaxing feel, with a Super-King size bed, a chaise lounge and a panelled wardrobe on the right-hand side. This space also offers a television and a large mirror.

Home Truths

No smoking, pets or parties! Guests with allergies, please note a hypoallergenic dog usually lives here, but will not be present during stays. The home is cleaned before and after each stay.

A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
