his stylish four-bedroom house has recently been renovated into a modern and luxurious home for the perfect stay in London. Situated in a prime location, just minutes from convenient public transports such as trains, buses and cable carts, it's so easy and affordable to travel in the infamous Central London.

The house has an elegant yet warming feel to it. It is incredibly spacious, accommodating 8 guests comfortably. With four bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen. This is the perfect place to stay whilst you experience the beauty of London. For those guests who may be travelling by car, you will be pleased to know that the house has a driveway fitting one car and there is easy parking access on the road in which the house is located.

This house is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities you will need for your stay such as a washer dryer, dishwasher, etc.? As the house has recently been renovated everything is brand new! The glamorous living area, with a stylish corner sofa is the perfect place to put your feet up in front of a 50 inch TV with cable to sit back and relax.

This property, emits style and elegance with each room personally designed to create character and personality.

The stylish master bedroom with a chic black and white colour scheme, is fitted with a King size bed of genuine leather and a spacious wardrobe, providing you with plenty of storage space for your belongings. This room also features a large window equipped with high quality blackout curtains, giving you the option of natural light but also means that your sleep will never be disturbed.

The double room is fitted with a gorgeous brown leather bed and a generously spacious wardrobe, easily accommodating two. Also in this bedroom, I can provide the option of adding a spare single bed, which comfortably fits in the room. (If you require this extra feature, simply let me know prior to arrival and I will be happy to arrange this)

The first single bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed and a large wardrobe, which sleeps two. Whilst this room may be slightly smaller than the two double rooms, it is in no way lacking in style or character. What is most special about this room is that it beholds a priceless view of the infamous Emirates cable carts at the ExCel Exhibition Centre. (For this room, again, the option of an extra spare single bed is available)

The final room is a single bedroom located downstairs, At first glance this room is fitted with a single bed, however this bed can be opened up into a double bed, comfortably sleeping two, and also has a wardrobe for storage space. This bed conveniently extends and stores away into a single giving extra floor space; the choice is yours!

The house accommodates the large number of 8 people, therefore are there two bathrooms for the convenience of guests. The first bathroom situated downstairs and another upstairs. The downstairs bathroom, which is the smaller of the two, is fitted with a WC and a shower. Upstairs, however, is the larger of the two bathrooms, which is generously spacious and stylishly tiled on ceiling and walls. The corner shower, which encases an amazing waterfall shower with sleek glass doors, is the first of two wash facilities. The next is a large bath, which any adult could comfortably fit into for a relaxing soak. The bathroom also has storage for toiletries and towels.

The downstairs living area is impressively spacious. With an amazing 50 inch TV equipped with cable television, you will find endless amounts of entertainment in the comfort of your own home and with so much space it is the perfect place for chilling out and spending time with friends and family.

Situated in this room is the dining table which seats eight people for those occasions when you want to enjoy a home-cooked meal, and with a fully equipped kitchen, you are more than able to cook! With modern equipment and several kitchen worktops, there is plenty of space to get cooking. The kitchen also has a dining area with small table fitting two people. In the kitchen you will also find the fire extinguisher and fire blanket on the wall for clear access at all times. The property is also fitted with fire alarms that are checked regularly for your safety. Adjoining the kitchen is the utility room where you will find household cleaning tools such as such as a vacuum, broom, mop etc.?

Area Information
The neighbourhood is very quiet and with the property being semi-detached, noise will not be an issue. Furthermore, each room is fitted with the best quality black out curtains, so your sleep with never be disturbed but at the same time, natural light is an option. Whilst the property is situated in the vibrant city of London, you are always able to get some fresh air in the spacious garden or the park which is a 5 minute walk away.

As previously mentioned, the property is conveniently located near public transport facilities. Canning Town Station is just a short walk of 15 minutes away. This will get you on to the Jubilee Line and the DLR which allows you access to major stations such as Stratford. As well as this, if you will be flying to into London, City Airport is just a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively, trains run from Heathrow Airport into Central London.
