Beach townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with many upgrades including an elevator, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, custom cabinets, stainless steel kitchen and entertainment center. Private pool on lower level with two-car garage. Townhouse is located on the Gulf of Mexico and with 8 other townhouses occupies 9 acres, allowing for maximum privacy.

The location is at north end of the island consisting of single-family homes and two-three story condos. The result is low people denisty on the beach and road.

Townhouse also has a stainless steel gas grill, new washer and dryer, two large flat screen TVs, internet and cable connection and DVD player.

Area Information
Longboat Key is within a few miles of Sarasota but feels like another country. Commercial development has been controlled through careful planning, so signage, strip malls and roadside attractions have been restricted. Year round population is 8000 and peaks at 22,000 in the winter months.

The island 's proximity to Sarasota provides cultural attractions, shopping and dining when needed and if required Sarasota also has the highly rated Sarasota General Hospital.

Longboat Key has a large wide concrete walk way for most of its 12-mile length for walking, jogging or slow bike riding. Bike lanes in each direction on Gulf of Mexico Drive accommodate more ambitious cycling. This also connects to keys in the north and south so longer rides are easy.
