Description of the Louisville vacation condo rental
Stay at one of the most unique and breathtaking places in louisville. Open the door to this 1,400 square foot upper floor loft, with 12 foot ceilings, and in front of you is an entire wall of windows overlooking downtown and the falls of the ohio river. The windows are over 40 feet in length and 8 feet in height. Every day i wake up deliriously happy because the first thing i see in the morning is this view, and i stay that way all day for the same reason. I would love for you to experience this during your time in louisville!

Perfect place for us

November 8, 2015

My group included 1 adult and 4 teenagers. We were in Louisville to attend the National FFA Convention. We could not find any hotel rooms, but after staying here, I am glad we could not find any. The loft was way larger than 2 hotel rooms and only cost us about the price of 1 hotel room. We actually stayed in loft 704. The building was secure, had security until 10 pm, and required key card to enter. The loft was around 1200 -1400 square feet. It only had 1 bathroom, but that was not a problem. We stayed on the seventh floor and had a great view of the river and city lights. The large windows allowed plenty of light even though it rained for several days. The kitchen was great. The kids and I cooked several meals there. (One tip, don't cook bacon as there is no vent fan over the stove.) On the positive side the smoke alarm is very sensitive. We had a queen size bed for each person. (Not so in a hotel.) The loft included internet wi-fi, satellite tv (we only watched the world series), and netflick. The couch was so big all 5 of us could use it to watch the ballgame. The loft has a unique appearance as it once was an old factory. Concrete floors, 8 foot windows, 12 foot ceiling, and exposed pipes. The entire loft is really only 1 room with a bathroom. The loft is located 1 block over from Museum Row. We could see the iconic Louisville slugger bat from our room. There are several places to eat nearby (4-5 blocks). Close access to I-64 and I-65. Right across the river from Indiana and only about 10 minutes from the KEC and airport. But more importantly was the rental agent and the staff. Sarah the rental supervisor was extremely helpful and eager to help us find the right room. She went out of her way to find the right loft for us. She was also very understanding over a problem we caused. (Remember the bacon.) One of the security people(I don't remember her name), also was very polite and friendly to us. She made sure we found the closest grocery store. The staff only enhanced our stay. I almost forgot, you have a secure parking garage right across the street. If I ever return to Louisville, I will call Sarah to stay here.

We were glad to have y'all JM! (One note to future renters: There is a vent fan over the stove. It is part of the microwave above the stove + so the button to turn it on is on the microwave :-D)
