“Vacation”

A toaster would be nice , the small toaster over didn't work well. We had a few problems that were taken care of immediately the next day that could be. Having a place to take our pets was wonderful. Enjoyed the quiet beautiful setting.

“Great time!”

Cabin met all of our needs with three kids - 17, 15, 10. Plenty of sleeping room (the enclosed garage was perfect for the 2 boys!), well equipped and spacious kitchen, clean when we arrived - good heat system (it was chilly there at night!). Going in the hot tub, playing catch in the yard, sitting by the fire pit, walking to the river - it was all a good way to get out of the suburbs. We were able to do an 8 mile canoe trip which was incredible - definitely a highlight for the kids. And what I found amazing was that the people at Shenandoah Outfitters knew the owners of this cabin and had good things to say about them which is always a plus in our book! Went to the caverns, old car museum and new village. Luray is and always has been one of my favorite places and I was glad to share it with my kids. We are definitely going back in the summer either for a long weekend or week break - and taking another family with us!

perhaps another tv in one of the bedrooms would have been nice, a gas grill instead of charcoal , over all a nice location and clean cabin
