“good river front cottage”
Great to find a dog friendly place. He had lots of room to run around and swim in the river. It was nice to have a campfire down by the river at night.
Very nice, comfortable clean cottage. It was big enough to accommodate my family of four plus a dog. The grassy area is big enough to run and play ball and it is right on the Shenandoah River. It is very remote, though. It is 9 miles down a country road from a major road and it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the town of Luray. A nice getaway if that's what you like. about 40 minutes to the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park.
Owner's reply: Thank you for your comments. The cabins are located in Luray, however it is very private where the are located and is perfect we feel for a weekend, or week getaway from everything.
