There is also a cloakroom with toilet on the first floor with a laundry room off the first landing. The dining room and the kitchen are both on the ground floor, french doors lead from the kitchen out onto the patio and decking area so it easy to transport breakfast or dinner outside to enjoying dining al fresco.

Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery, crockery and glasses. There is a laundry room, washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. There is an enclosed and terraced patio of a good size with decking, lights and garden furniture to the front of the property. Please note that this area may not be suitable for unsupervised children due to the steps and different levels. To the rear of the property is a small yard which is ideal for storing surfboards, drying, etc. Please note, there isn't a sea view from the garden, only from the upper floors in the house.

We suggest that this property is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility as the accommodation is set out over four levels and the property is approached via a footpath up from the road to it's elevated position looking out over the village.
