Invite all your family, friends, and Co workers there is plenty of room on the beach for everyone and lots of parking at the church (except on sunday mornings). 12 sleep in beds, 8 sleep on couches, fouton, inflatable twin and extra king inside.
There are 4 hammocks and 4 comfortable loungers out back for 8 sleeping under the stars.
Bring your boat, jet ski, wave runner, Paddle boards, kayaks or canoes, there are 2 empty slips behind the house for your use or just rent one at johns pass 1 mile down the road and keep it in back of the house. This is the perfect slice of paradise, this house was just completely gutted and remodeled with all new furnishings and appliances, this house is perfect for a party, corporate meetings or wedding on the beach. It is on intercoastal waterway 100 walking steps to beach. Its perfect for couples or families who want the comfort and privacy of a private residence rather than a condo or busy hotel. Location location location this house is located on a quiet one way street very private but at the same time in the middle of everything, Open floor plan that can sleep 18 adults inside. The master bedroom can be set up with 1 to 3 full size beds and a twin, it has a private bath, shower and his and hers walk in closets, with a private entrance to the back deck. The front bedroom has 2 full beds and one twin with private bathroom & shower and a private entrance to front of the house. The living area has a king size couch that can be separated into 2 single couches, a single futon, a king size bed in carport and an inflatable queen size bed to set up any where. There are 4 hammocks, 3 mounted out on the deck for relaxing in the sun or sleeping under the stars, the third has a portable stand to bring to the beach or put anywhere around the house. There are two outside showers, one in the front of the house and one in the back of house. We are conveniently located 1 mile north of John's Pass Village and inlet to gulf of mexico that hosts shops, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals parasail Hooters, Bubba Gump's Shrimp Company, We are only 100 steps to the beach or have the privacy of sunbathing on the back deck jump into the jacuzzi to cool off or heat it up to 100 degrees. You can relax in the I joy massage chair and I squeeze foot massager there is also a large peaceful garden in the backyard with water Fountain, shade sails and wind chimes. Egrets and blue herons fly into the backyard looking for food, Manatees dolphins and local fish swim in the backyard. If you were looking for the perfect House 2 host a party, wedding reception or corporate retreat this is the perfect spot.
There is an extra king size bed in carport area, extra side by side refrigerator freezer in carport area, kayak and paddles for adventures from the protected cove in back of house, coolers, chairs umbrellas and 10x10 tent to bring to the beach or set up on property for additional shade, alcohol is allowed on the beach but not dogs or fires, there is a weber gas grill for cooking that fresh fish caught off the dock, pool chairs for beach or back deck and beach bikes to use. With 2 adults in each full bed, 1 on each twin, 1 on each couch 1 on futon and 2 on self inflating queen can sleep 17 inside. There are also 2 double hammocks 2 single hammocks outside and king bed in carport for 5 to sleep outside for a total of 22 in a pinch.
A crib and portable play pen are here for infants.
There is a compressor to blow up tires beach balls or rafts.
There is a generator for loss of city power and storm panels to cover every opening in case of severe storms.
Pick fresh Basel, tomatoes, or strawberries from garden and admire red and white roses grow.
I've lived here for 25 years and I or one of my friends can accommodate any situation you may require to make your stay more comfortable and relaxing.
I have connections for concert tickets or any game or event in town, even last minute.
The house is protected with 24-hour security cameras motion activated. There is no pets allowed in the house and no smoking in the house. There are ample secure places for smoking and pets in the carport, side of house and backyard. Please don't take linens, blankets or pillows to the beach, they are for your convince at the house. Put on clean socks before using i squeeze foot massager and use outside shower before and after using jacuzzi to promote good hygiene for other guests. Follow all local ordinances and laws and enjoy this beautiful, private slice of paradise on Madeira Beach.

Beach community, my house is located on a private quiet one-way Circle that actually goes around a huge non-denominational church. The beach is 100 steps from the house. John's Pass Village is 1 mile down the road. All the neighbors here know each other and look out for each other.
