An exceptionally elegant five bedroom ocean side villa, eminently suitable for friends or families to share, on the beautiful north coast of Koh Samui. Guests can enjoy total privacy within the grounds, stunning luxury, comfort and space inside the villa, their own huge, sea-facing, private salt-water lap pool and direct beach access to the glowing sands of Maenam.

The villa is located in a small, quiet and exclusive residential community on the northeast coast of Koh Samui, right on the golden sands of Maenam beach, yet within an easy 20 minute drive of Koh Samui's international airport and the interesting and popular Chaweng resort with its many first class restaurants and night life centres. It is just 10 minutes from the Santiburi golf and country club, and the quaint Fisherman's Village at Bophut.

The decor and furnishings in the villa are exquisite, offering a blend of modern and antique style, but always with the total comfort of guests first and foremost. All main living rooms, the kitchen and all bedrooms, are air conditioned, and there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, the living room, dining rooms and the open air entertainment/dining room. The floors throughout are either marble or teak, and many ceilings are of exposed timber.

The villa is built in typical Thai style, with individual pavilions enclosing the central pool and social area. Each room is separated from the next by a small landscaped garden, giving all guests privacy and a feeling of closeness to the local flora. Once the imposing hardwood entrance doors of the villa are opened, guests are greeted by a magnificent water feature surrounded by tropical plants, and behind the liquid rear wall of this display is the open air lounge, where comfortable seating invites you to sit and view the pool disappearing through the gardens into the beach and ocean. Alternatively, there is a 50" LCD satellite TV/DVD home entertainment system to watch.

The salt water pool at the heart of this magnificent holiday residence begins at the foot of the open air lounge, and runs down towards the sea and access to the golden sand beach. Access to the beach is through a gate and a small flight of steps. There are restful sun loungers positioned around the pool.

The first pavilion to the left of the entrance and the pool contains two twin en suite bedrooms. There is a garden guest bathroom between this pavilion and the next, which houses the huge, western style Siemens equipped kitchen, and two dining rooms. The kitchen has an island unit and breakfast bar, and leads directly onto the traditional dining room, which has tasteful wall panelling and a vaulted ceiling. Instead of a garden separating this dining room from the next room, which is an entertainment and further dining room, there is another relaxing water feature. This room has the stereo system and an iPod dock so guests can enjoy their own choice of music. Behind sliding doors there are concealed refrigerators. There is a guest bathroom to the rear of the formal dining room.

The other three bedroom suites are on the right hand side of the pool in a third pavilion. Again, each is separated from its neighbour by a small garden and all three are double bedrooms. The master bedroom fronts the beach and enjoys wonderful sea views. This bedroom opens onto a verandah with wooden outdoor furniture and a massage bed.

All bedrooms have walk-in closets, teak floors, custom artefacts and artwork, and all en suites have indoor showers, marble floors, marble counter tops to the vanities and double hand basins. The master bedroom suite also has its own satellite TV/DVD, writing desk and bath tub in the en suite.

There is Wi-Fi broadband Internet access throughout the villa for guests' use, and a portable gas BBQ is provided for a slight change of culinary scene. An outside shower is close to the beach access gate.
