A truly delightful 5 bedroom beachfront property for up to 10 guests in a small and exclusive residential community on Koh Samui's beautiful north coast. This gorgeous villa is sumptuously fitted and furnished, has a large central private salt-water pool, direct beach access, both formal and al fresco dining areas, and offers guests that bona fide Thai experience.

The paradise location of this holiday venue enables guests to spend a quiet and peaceful vacation within the walls of their own grand design home, yet be within easy reach of the island's important visitor outlets. The international airport is just 20 minutes away, and Chaweng, a popular tourist centre with many restaurants and plenty of nightlife, is a 15-minute drive. Bophut and the interesting Fisherman's Village are 10 minutes away, as too is the Santiburi golf and country club.

An impressive entrance with distinctive massive hardwood doors welcomes guests to the grounds of the property and the several pavilions which make up the villa. First to be seen in the large courtyard beyond the doors is an ornamental pond and feature waterfall. Behind this sits the lounge, and then the private salt-water pool at the heart of this expansive villa, flowing between the pavilions towards the beach through palm tree-dotted lawns. To the left and right of the pool are the bedroom and living pavilions, and lastly on the right, the large entertainment / open-air lounge for al fresco music and dining. The beach is reached via steps from the lawn at the end of the pool, and here there is an outdoor shower.

All the main rooms of the villa have marble or teak floors and are fully air-conditioned. In addition, there are ceiling fans to all bedrooms, lounge, and dining areas. The lounge, the indoor and outdoor dining rooms, and master bedroom suites 1 and 2 have exposed timber vaulted ceilings. The villa's overall decor is cool and natural, and many items of furniture are antique or are modern and cosily comfortable. Stylish artifacts and wall art decorate the interiors, and outside stone statues populate the landscaped grounds. Broadband Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the villa.

The saltwater pool at the heart of the mansion begins at the foot of the lounge and runs down through lawned areas towards the sea and access to the white sand beach. The shallow end of 0.90m has steps, and at the other end, the water is 1.60m deep. The lounge has three enormous sofas for viewing the 50 inch LCD satellite TV/DVD.

All the bedrooms have teak floors, a personal safe, a walk-in closet, and their own en suite bathroom with marble floors and marble tops to double width vanity units housing twin hand basins. The first pavilion to the right has two bedrooms with twin beds in each, and en suites with indoor showers. A small garden with an outdoor bathroom separates this first pavilion from the next.

This next building contains the fully equipped kitchen with island breakfast bar and the formal dining room for 10 guests. The kitchen can be screened from the formal dining room by foldaway doors. A guest bathroom is also here. The outdoor entertainment and dining area for al fresco meals is just a step further on behind a tumbling water feature, and from here there are expansive views of both the pool and the beach. It features a bar, dining seating for 10, and a stereo system with iPod dock for guests' own choice of music. There is a portable gas BBQ provided for informal and sociable gatherings.

On the other side of the pool is a large pavilion with three large en suite bedrooms, the first of which has twin beds, and an en suite with shower. A small garden is set between this bedroom and the next, which features a double bed and en suite with shower. The master bedroom is next, beyond a small alcove area furnished with sun loungers. It has a double bed, a lounge area, writing desk, satellite TV/DVD connection and it also enjoys its own furnished verandah and sea views. The master en suite not only has a shower but a very large bathtub.
