Description from manager

With a wonderful hillside location overlooking the lower Tiber Valley, this holiday accommodation in Italy is just the place for a relaxing getaway. Ideal for a family and friends, this villa near the village of Magliano Sabina is located on a large estate with swimming pool and private garden. Children will love the landscaped yard of this as well as taking trips to the nearby Gelateria for ice cream, whereas adults will adore the views of the surrounding vineyards as well as wine tasting opportunities. Although it will be difficult to leave this vacation rental in Italy, day trips to see the Coliseum in Rome or the underground necropolis in Orvieto are certainly excellent possibilities!

Owned by one of the oldest aristocratic families in the Sabina area, this Italian estate rental enjoys stunning views of the estate vineyard and lower Tiber Valley. As part of a semi-detached building, this property shares a wall with Villa Emilia. Thirty meters from the apartment, there is a swimming pool (14m x 7m, open June to September) that is also shared with Villa Emilia. The swimming pool has views of the surrounding countryside and features a terracotta tiled sun-terrace with armchairs, loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas. By the pool are two dressing rooms, each with a sink, WC and shower. There is a private garden that connects to Villa Emilia with a gate and can be opened to transform the two separate yards into one. This apartment also has a private pergola and dining terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining.
