​​​​​​​Spanning three floors, this luxurious retreat offers abundant indoor space with a newly remodeled kitchen, and electric radiant floor heating. Extra amenities include private two-car garage parking, with secure storage for sporting equipment, and a charging station for electric vehicles. All within a short walk to lifts and trails, Canyon Lodge and the Village.

*Please note that there is no direct entrance from the garage to the townhome. One must walk outside the front door of the unit to gain entrance to/from the garage.

LIVING AREA

Spend time together in the living area that has amazing views of Mammoth Mountain, vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, pellet fireplace, a 55” Ultra HDTV with Roku, DVD player, and private WiFi. The couch features a Queen sleeper pull-out bed.

KITCHEN & DINING

The all-new, fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Serve up tasty meals at the breakfast bar for 3, or gather in the formal dining area that sits 8. Enjoy some fresh air on the deck, located off the dining room.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The second-floor master bedroom has a King bed, 32” flat screen TV with DVD player, and ensuite bath, with a tub/shower combination.

The third-floor loft area has a Twin bed, as well as a Twin fold-away, memory foam mattress (extra bedding provided). Please note that the loft is best suited for kids that are 5' or shorter, as the loft ceiling is not very high.

The first-floor offers a second bedroom, with a King bed, 32” TV with DVD Player, and a full bath with tub/shower combination, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR AREAS

After a fun-filled day of outdoor adventures, head to the newly remodeled, year-round, indoor Jacuzzi, along with a summer pool and outdoor BBQ/patio area.

Washer/dryer. Provided linens. Blackout shades.

As you may know, leisure travel with restrictions have been approved as Mammoth Lakes and Mono county move into Stage 3 of the COVID19 Recovery Plan.

The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items.

Because properties have historically been furnished with large, overstuffed comforters and/or down duvets, we are unable to provide blankets or comforters.

ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS!
