This upgraded modern condo is a perfect getaway for family and friends! This rental is a 1-bedroom plus and alcove, 3.5 star rated unit with 1.25 bathrooms. It has brand new flooring with luxurious soft carpet and wood, brand new paint, with mountain and ski decor throughout. The living room is warm and welcoming, situated around a large stone woodburning fireplace and flat screen television, with a DVD player. The dining area has a large table for 4, with 3 additional stools at the kitchen bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy games at the table after, with a full variety available, or curl up with a good book around the fireplace. Free wi-fi is included! The condo sleeps up to 6 if 2 are children, with a very comfortable queen bed and sink in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in an alcove with sliding accordian door for privacy. The living room couch opens into a queen sleeper. The open vanity/bathroom area is large, with a separate toilet/shower/bathtub area. Location is one of the best features of this condo. It is an end unit, with close front door access when you pull up in the parking area. 3 railroad tie steps take you to the entry area, and it's all on 1 level. The view from the living room and kitchen is a grassy and tree filled area with pool/tennis court area behind it (summer only). It is a quiet location in Horizons 4 complex. The picnic and barbecue area are across the parking lot, with several brand new tables and bbqs, both gas and charcoal. You can run in and out of the unit while bbq-ing. The complex itself has a great pool, hot tub for 15 people, dry sauna, bbqs, bathrooms with showers, and a game room for the whole family. Pool, pingpong, video games and pinball bring kids and families together. There are several washer and dryers in this area too. A tennis court completes the activity buffet. Other amenities include a free shuttle stop across the street directly to Eagle Lodge on the greenline, or 1 block away to catch a shuttle to The Village on the redline. It's also walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants. There is a bike/ski/snowboard on the corner 1 block away too. You will love this 730 square foot condo!
