Description from manager

Fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath Crestview condo, close to Canyon Lodge and free shuttle stop! Sleeps 6!

This immaculate condo is located at Crestview in Mammoth Lakes, a great development conveniently located on the trolley shuttle route to The Village, Canyon Lodge and the Red Line for Main Lodge.

This unit has hardwood floors throughout. Specifically, the master bedroom features a Queen bed, 32” flat screen TV, and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (Twin over Full), and a full ensuite bathroom.

The living room features a Queen-size sleeper sofa, pellet fireplace, and 42” flat screen TV with sound bar and "Alexa". Enjoy unobstructed forest views from the deck, located just off the living room. Cook meals in the nicely updated and fully-equipped kitchen, with plenty of dining and seating options (breakfast table/nook (seating for 6), as well as seating for an additional 3 at the kitchen bar). Enjoy a variety of hot beverages from the "Keurig" coffee machine.

Amenities include: covered parking, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and laundry.

The club house boasts: a pool table, fireplace, TV, piano, communal BBQs and communal coin laundry room. Assigned parking for 1 car is included in the underground parking garage, and additional guest spots are available on a first-come, first served basis. The Village is a short,10-minute stroll (less than ½ mile), which gives you access to restaurants, shops and nightlife. You can also walk to The Village gondola to access Canyon Lodge, or take the free shuttle.

As you may know, leisure travel with restrictions have been approved as Mammoth Lakes and Mono county move into Stage 3 of the COVID19 Recovery Plan.

The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items.

Because properties have historically been furnished with large, overstuffed comforters and/or down duvets, we are unable to provide blankets or comforters at this time. We have ordered easily launder-able blankets to stock in the units, but these are currently backordered due to an interrupted supply chain. We will provide blankets as soon as they are available.

ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS!

Below is a list of what you can now expect to find stocked in your property, as well as suggested items you may want to bring from home. These restrictions must remain in place until the State of California modifies their guidance:

Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. These advise Californians to “avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick.”
