This large, upgraded townhome makes the perfect home base for your getaway to the spectacular Sierras! There are three large bedrooms, an open loft, two full bathrooms, and one half bath. The large, open floor plan offers a spacious gourmet kitchen, fully outfitted with modern, stainless appliances and all the cookware and dishware you'll need. The living room provides a large sofa and sitting chair, and 42” TV. The dining area offers seating for 6 with a private outdoor patio with gas BBQ.
The large, private master suite features another private outdoor deck, en-suite bath with whirlpool jet tub and is furnished with a luxurious king bed, couch and a 32” flat screen TV.
The very private loft features, a full sized futon sleeper sofa, and a 19" flat screen tv.
Downstairs offers bedroom two and three, and a full shared bathroom between each bedroom. Bedroom two offers a 37" flat screen TV and a bunk beds (twin over full). Bedroom three is furnished with a queen bed, 37" flat screen TV, and private patio access.
If you know Mammoth, you know the challenge of winter parking, and you'll really appreciate the private 2-car garage with large storage room for toys and snow gear. Entry through either the front door or garage routes through the large mud room and half bath, along with the washer and dryer for convenient access.
When you want to get out and enjoy Mammoth, you're just a short walk to the famed Village at Mammoth; including the gondola to Canyon Lodge and Mammoth's premier center for entertainment, dining and whopping, as well as a full service access point to the mountain (including ticket/rental office and bike/ski rentals.) Even closer (but the other direction) you are but a 2-minute walk to numerous local favorites including Schat's bakery, restaurant, charming boutiques and factory outlets. If you prefer not to walk, you can access the town's free shuttle just stops from the condo complex and the popular Valley Bike Path as well. A short drive of bike ride will deliver you to Mammoth's lakes basin offering several beautiful lakes, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and of course the fresh mountain air. June Lake is just 20 minutes north, and you can enter Yosemite National Park just 40 minutes north of Mammoth.
