Thank you so much to Russ and Pam. Their home was perfect for my family of seven (&growing) We loved our time at Mammoth in their clean well thought out condo. The 3 bedrooms,3bathrooms,loft, balcony, updated kitchen & living room were perfect for our birthday get away .The pool and hot tub are steps away, and parking is convenient. The park, stream and little town are only a short walk away . We loved the Bakery which makes the best sandwiches on fresh bread with real roast beef or turkey! The Woa Nelly Deli on the way is also great. Breakfast at the Stove in town was excellent too.We liked the desserts in the mason jars at the sweet shop as well. Seeing a bear (x2) added excitement! Location, amenities , well equipped kitchen and little extras such as remote control overhead lighting and ceiling fans, flat screen TV's in bedrooms, coffee, soaps and washer/dryer , all added ease and welcome. I especially liked the dining room table which easily seats eight . The decorative touches, including the runner on the table ,metal art and pictures on walls, baskets on shelves near plugs for charging electronics and colorful cheery loft helped to create a harmonious atmosphere.I loved that the upstairs and downstairs each had vacuums that work well. So we were able to clean upstairs and downstairs at the same time.I was happy to find all the needed cleaning supplies and a dishwasher,so We were easily able to leave everything clean. One tiny concern was being too warm at night and my husband felt the mattress adversely affected his back, as he awaken in discomfort and had to sleep on the couch . The spa near the pool came in handy:-). The amazing natural beauty at Lakes Mary and Mamie, Parker Lake and Twin Lakes left us awestruck. Parker *looks like heaven! (*Wear bug repellent!) My husband enjoyed teaching everyone to fly fish out of a float tube and we caught our dinner ! The oven works well too,and the carrot birthday cake Kim baked turned out perfectly. The colorful flowers dotting the complex's landscape add to the charm and attraction. We are so thankful to the May's for their flexibility in accommodating us.It took a few phone calls and extra effort to put this vacation in motion and we were really touched by their kindness. All concerns in hammering out details were immediately addressed .The entire experience was positive and we plan to return! We are so thankful for the use of this lovely clean home! We had a great time celebrating Joe's 60th in Unit 60!
We're so pleased that you and your family vacationed appreciating the beauty of the high sierra area!! We appreciate all of the positive feedback and your recognition of the details. We are sorry to hear that the bed wasn't comfortable to your husband, as all of the large mattresses are brand new top line Sealy sets, always getting positive comments of comfort from our guests. As for the warm nights, with windows open and ceiling fans, the sierra nights can be quite refreshing! Thanks again!
Great unit, great location! Perfect for our our stay!

We had not been up to Mammoth in quite a long time. This rental will have us coming back a lot more, that's for sure. The location was great....A short drive to Eagle Lodge (maybe a mile and a half??) which was perfect. We either drove ourselves to the lifts and parked across the street or one of our group did a drop off/ pick up, depending on who was skiing that day. Felt sorry for the places right next to the slopes... they have had to deal with the traffic and noise from being right up next to the commotion of skiers coming and going all day. If you need to go to the grocery store or pick up a pizza - that too, is a few short streets away in the opposite direction. It was close to everything we needed during our stay, but on a peaceful, quiet street. Super clean, it felt like a nice hotel with the updated appliances, counter tops, cabinets and fixtures. There is a washer/dryer is in the unit, which was great to dry out damp ski pants and gloves. Every room has a TV, perfect for our teens who did not want to watch the Presidential Debates with us, lol. The upstairs loft and closed off bedroom have windows up near the ceiling so we were able to watch the snow falling down one morning and stay cozy in bed. Two closets (with doors) are right next to the front door. There are plastic tubs and trays to hold you skiis and poles in one and all your ski boots / wet shoes in another. Genius. So all in all, I have to say I will think twice about our usual driving an additional 4 hours to ski South Lake Tahoe and just stay here again.

We were very pleased with this unit. Condo was very clean and updated. There was lots of storage and hooks for jackets. It sleeps 10 very comfortably. The owner Pam was very easy to deal with. The condo had everything we needed. The jacuzzi and sauna on the property were very close to the room. Parking was available in front of the unit. We are a large group and have stayed in a lot of units in Mammoth, this is definetley the best one so far. We will choose to stay here again next season.

Great news that you found our place to fit your needs and criteria so perfectly! The convenience of a jacuzzi and sauna nearby is definitely a plus, especially in the winter. The summer months are perfect to enjoy the same close distance to the pool and BBQ. Come back in any season!

Very impressed! Didn't look like a rental at all, cupboards were overly stocked with things and owner goes out of their way to make sure you just show up and need nothing.
Perfect way to enjoy the beauty of Mammoth in your home away from home!
Everything plus more

An awesome condo in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Travelled with 4 friends from NZ and suited us perfectly. Lots of space, very modern, clean & tidy with all the necessary things for a great stay. Location was ideal, very close to the supermarket and bus route to the mountain and the village. Pamela was great to deal with, nothing seemed to be a problem and all our endless questions were answered immediately. Would highly recommend this rental.
