Relax at our Manasota Key beachfront getaway, while you enjoy the magnificent gulf and sunset views. This lovely triplex is GULF FRONT on a laid back stretch of beautiful Manasota Key, between Englewood Public Beach and Stump Pass.

Our units have a beach cottage feel, and have beachfront views from the living areas. Enjoy your morning breakfast, while watching dolphins pass you by or a dinner watching the sunset from the patio or right on the beach. If you enjoy beachside barbecues, a propane grill is provided for your use.

The units have an open concept floor plan, combining kitchen and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, and each unit has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest room has either twin beds or a queen bed.

Manasota Key and surrounding areas are known for it's excellent fishing. Pick up a rod and surf fish right outside your door or book a charter from one of the local captains. Relax while strolling on the beach collecting shells, or fossilized sharks teeth.

We are located less than 1 mile to restaurants and to chartered fishing boats. Boating, fishing, kayaking, biking, golfing, walking along the beach, or shelling are right outside your door, or nearby.

Whether you are lounging with a favorite book or some other activity, Manasota Key and the Shoreview Beach House is a great place to be!

Getting around

The best way to get around the area is to have a rental car. While bicycle rentals, boat charters and rentals and restaurants are nearby and walkable, the nearest grocery store is about 3 miles away.

Getting here

We are located on a barrier island on the southwestern coast of Florida, centrally located by several airports: Punta Gorda / Charlotte County Airport or Sarasota Airport (45 minutes); Ft. Myers or St. Petersburg / Clearwater Airport (1.25 hours) and Tampa Airport (1.5 hours). We tend to prefer Tampa since they have a wide selection of flights and the rental cars are reasonably priced. We have a parking on site at our location.

While we are generally not local to the area, we do have local people that we rely on to help manage our property. We are accessible via phone, text or email should you have questions, and we do have information in our units on local area attractions.
