The Condominium:
The SOHO Central Private Residences is a brand new 2-Tower 42-floor luxury condominium developed by Century Properties Inc. It is strategically located along EDSA/Shaw Blvd. in Mandaluyong City, right across EDSA Shangri-La Mall, SM Megamall, Crossings, EDSA Central, and other high end shops . It is walking distance to MRT Shaw Blvd. Station. A wet and dry market is also nearby. You can enjoy amenities without leaving the premises like swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, meeting rooms, laundry room and shops. The Twin tower building is serviced by a high speed elevator, a secured/guarded lobby and manned reception area.

For accessibility and safety, a Walkway is currently being constructed. It will be connected to the SOHO Central building for all residents to have private/ direct access to the MRT Shaw Station.

The 3523 Unit, Mayflower Tower:

The unit is brand new, just turned over in November 2009. It is located at the 35th floor, one of the best corner units at the Mayflower Tower. It has a breathtaking view of the Makati Skyline, Fort Bonifacio Global City, and Laguna de Bay. It can comfortably accommodate 3 guests. Roll-away beds may be provided to accommodate 2 more guests.

Living Room:

The Living room has a 3-Seater Sofa set with throw pillows, a center table, a Sony Wega TV, DVD player and a standing floor lamp.

The Dining room has a 4-seater dining set with cushioned chairs and classy chandeliers.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances like:

T-fal stainless steel pots and pans
3-D rice cooker, 3-D coffee maker with built in filter

It has a custom-built overhead cabinets and drawers with aluminum hand grab.
The kitchen has an antibacterial seamless solid surface acrylic countertop and a deco glass splashboard.

Toilet & Bath:

The toilet has a push button pedestal type lavatory w/ sink, vanity mirror and glass shelf. The bathroom, separated by a classy shower curtain w/ liner has Champs brand automatic shower heater, also a towel rack, tissue holder and a slide bar. Stainless steel soap dish, cup, cotton holder, liquid soap dispenser and trashcan accessorize the toilet and bath. Fresh designer towel set of Egyptian cotton is provided for use of our guests.

Both rooms have brand new King Koil Orthopedic Spring mattress and King Koil pillows
Dressed with mattress protectors, at least 300 counts linen set topped with luxurious blankets/quilts shipped from the USA.

Spare sheets, pillows and blankets are available for extra guests and for longer stays.
Each bedroom has Carrier Window Type Air-conditioning units. Each room has a night stand/bed side table.

Made-to-order table lamps and ceiling lights w/Thai Silk shade makes the rooms' lighting cozy. Each bedroom also has beveled body mirrors.

The glass windows have roller blinds. Walls are decorated with genuine artworks and a beveled wall mirrors.

For Privacy and Safety:

The condo unit has an intercom service that will help you screen your guests from the reception area. There is also a peep hole in the unit's main door entrance. Please request the receptionist at the lobby if you want to screen your guests prior to coming to the unit. This will have to be arranged at the time of check-in or with our representative.

The unit's main door is equipped with deadbolt lock. Room keys are provided for every tenant upon check in and must be returned before check out. Please don't leave any valuables/money inside the unit. We are not liable for any loss or stolen items.

An electronic safety deposit box is installed in bedroom 1.
A 24-hour security service for the entire building residents' safety is provided.
Security officers may be located by the entrance and exits of the building or by the reception area for any safety and security concerns.

Guaranteed Reservation:

A reservation is guaranteed once the required 50% down payment of the total rental bill is settled.
Down payments are non-refundable due to missed rental earnings from other prospective tenants.
We require a refundable P10,000.00 security deposit upon check-in.
Any loss, damages in the unit or accommodation of undeclared guests shall be deducted from the security deposit.
