The large 1000 sq ft apartment is on the first floor of our New York City brownstone and features large flat screen TVs, a working desk, a computer and free Wifi. The open plan living and dining room are beautifully decorated with antique furnishings, Persian carpets, and tall book shelves. The sunny terrace is furnished with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining.

This NYC vacation rental apartment comfortably accommodates four guests, two on the queen bed in the bedroom, and two on the queen sofa bed in the living room. The spacious master bedroom has large closets and a flat screen TV. The full marble bathroom is equipped with a high pressure shower, cabinets and a hair dryer. Every apartment is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The modern kitchen overlooking the terrace has honey maple wood cabinets with stone counters and is equipped with new stainless steel appliances — a gas cooking range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster.
