PRIVATE GARDEN

Large, WiFi one bedroom apartment with doorman in chic, fun and convenient neighborhood of Union Square. Enjoy walks around the world-famous Union Square Farmer's Market, marvel at the convenient shopping and have fun celebrity watching at The Coffee Shop. You'll sleep like a baby on the memory foam mattress and will love the 4 piece washroom. Towels, linens, hard stocked kitchen included. Laundry in the building is available with laundry card purchase. Also there is a gorgeous private garden balcony for the whole building to enjoy complete with grass, flowers and patio chairs for your morning coffee. No smokers, no kids, no parties.

We do not give discounts, ever. If you research our rate you'll find that the hotels in the area charge 3-4 times our rate for half the space. Since this is a white glove, luxury building in a prime location, there are no "weekly" or "monthly" rates. It is by the night only. 6 nights is a week, and the price listed above reflects that. It is a highly competitive price for the area. You will love staying here.

Location, amenities, value, and oh, did I say location? Couldn't have asked for more for my stay in NYC. I just love the Union Square area. Close to restaurants, bars, stores, subways. . you name it . . you have it. Everything was super easy and our stay was a joy. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here over a long Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet, furnished in "artist eclectic" style and has everything you might need. The owner was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Oh, and did I mention location? East Village, Greenwich Village and Chelsea are all an easy walk and you're sitting on top of a half dozen subway lines that can take you anywhere else. We would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment at Union Square!

We had a wonderful two week stay in this apartment. It's just as described on the internet - a spacious one bedroom, very comfortable. The building has a 24 hr doorman, very secure and well run. Also the area's great- lots of restaurants, shops; subway and buses at the door. We'd certainly like to stay again and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Alex and Bronwyn.

Perfect location for our needs. Was easy to get to my downtown meetings. Apartment has great access to fab restaurants and shopping. The home was beautifully furnished, elegant and clean. Steps to subway, easy to get a cab, doorman, garden a plus.

The apartment was charming and just right for our needs and the location was perfect - great for walking to all the downtown neighbourhoods, and also close to all the main subway lines. I hope to come back and stay at the apartment again next time.

The flat is ideally situated for visiting Manhattan, on foot, or with public transport. Tribeca is a really nice area and people in shops and restaurants were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect in the flat too. We hope to come back and continue visiting - one week was not nearly enough.

I can't recommend this property enough. We had a wonderful stay. Tribeca is an amazing part of Manhattan, and it was such a treat to see it like a local.
