Enjoy your own New York City Studio in the trendy Lower East Side of Manhattan. This is a small studio but it actually has a separate room, which is the bedroom with plenty of space for your things. This apartment is fully furnished with an intimate sitting area, black and white tile floor bathroom, full kitchen amenities, and a separate bedroom. A central heating and /AC unit included in the apartment. Full entertainement system with speakers, and a record player, with permission to play my records. Wireless internet accessible. You will have access to the roof of this building, with the most amazing view of the city, and surrounding area.
This apartment is in the heart of the lower east side located at 163 Ludlow Street. Literally you walk out of the building, which the apartment is on the first floor, and you have amazing designer boutiques, fabulous restaurants, and amazing bars surrounding you. The famous Ludlow Guitar shop is across the street, where some of the most famous musicians got their first guitar. The subway is located one block away, and Whole Foods is located one block west. Drop/Off laundry service and Dry cleaning is on the corner of the block. Major banks such as Chase, and Bank of America are two blocks away. Two blocks away are gardens, parks, and athletic facilities open to the public. Chinatown and Little Italy is located south of you, Soho /Chelsea west of you, and East Village/ Tribeca east/south. Only a 20 min train ride to up-town where you can see the famous lights of Time Square, and the most beautiful and famous Central Park. Home of the famous Tavern on The Green, and legend John Lennon's memorial site Imagine located in Strawberry Fields. Not only will you be in Manhattan, but also you will have easy access to the famous Williamsburg located in Brooklyn. The Williamsburg Bridge is a block away and the walk has amazing views and only takes 15 minutes to get to the other side, and a 5 min train ride. In Williamsburg you see the Brooklyn side of living and check out some really cool thrift shops, the famous Artist and Flea Market on Saturday and Sundays, and see local artist set up their booths on the street. They also have a famous beer garden located on N.3 Street at Berry; some of the most trendiest, true artist has emerged from this town in Williamsburg. The famous Bedford Avenue is known as the catwalk that looks very similar to the scene Europe. People watching there is never boring. They also have fabulous restaurants such as Egg, which has been written up by the New York Times as the best brunch place to go. This apartment and everything you have access to, is a lifetime opportunity that no hotel can offer at this price. You get to see what it is like to live in Manhattan while having your own apartment and roof at you disposal. The rent for one week is $800 and a security deposit of $100 for the loss of any keys I hand over to you which are $50 each. When you arrive we will go through the apartment to make room for your things and exchange of the keys and signing a contract that states the days of occupancy you will be staying at my residence. This apartment is very comfortable for two, more than two we will need to discuss.
