The apartment has been designer decorated and is located on the 7th floor of this loft style pre war building.
There is one large master bedroom (queen bed) with its own ensuite master bathroom with separate shower stall and soaking bathtub and double sink vanity. There is a small second childs bedroom currently set up with a small twin bed and a full bathroom with shower stall across the hall. There is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room and a blow up mattress which can be used.
There is an open state of the art kitchen with black granite counters, Poggenpohl cabinetry and Viking professional appliances.
The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Chelsea where you are perfectly situated between midtown, Times Square and downtown. The 18th Street subway station just 1.5 blocks away and the 23rd Street subway station just 4 blocks away. If you don't feel like brewing a cup of coffee in the morning just take the elevator down to the lobby of the building where there is a cute little coffee and bagel shop located. Walk just 1.5 blocks east and you will find yourself on Fifth Avenue where you can find yourself shopping at Club Monaco, GAP, Kenneth Cole, Banana Republic, J CREW, Restoration Hardware, ABC Carpet and Home, GUESS, Paul Smith, just to name a few of the shops. The new and exciting High Line Park is just three blocks away.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with comfy beds with linens which include down comforters with 100% cotton duvet covers and over flowing with pillows. One bedroom is a master bedroom with king bed and has a private bathroom (bathtub and shower). There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom located across the hall.

I was born and bred in New York City. My career has always been focused within the travel industry however I have always had an interest in real estate. Over the years I have purchased and renovated 5 separate apartments. I suppose renting apartments on a nightly basis is a natural merge of my two life interests. Having been in the travel industry for over 20+ years and specializing in luxury travel I have had the opportunity to stay at and experience the best hotels in the world. I think this experience along with assisting my clients on a regular basis gives me the background to understand what people are looking for and expect when they travel and do my best to exceed their expectations when renting my apartment.

We really were very happy with this great apartment, newly renovated and nicely furnished. Very comfortable with everything we needed and more. Safe and secure building. Neighborhood was very nice and had plenty of restaurants and shops. The short walk to the subway made getting anywhere in city a snap.
