Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental
Apartment is perfect and offer pre war character along with modern appliances. It offers hard wood floorings (common area /bedroom), well maintained kitchen with counters of granite and ceramic floors. Apartment is at second level (one flight up) and doesn't face the street or heavy crowds. Even Roof top access (shared with building) along with breathtaking view of Manhattan.

High quality towels , linens, cooking utensils , Wi-Fi , everything is available . Maid service is also available if our guests require during their stay. Basically bring bags and simply get ready to explore the beautiful city of dreams.

Living area is quiet spacious and offers very solid and inviting modern sofa bed. Living area offers large flat screened TV along with cable and plenty of space for all group members to hangout. Well maintained kitchen area features plenty of seating area to enjoy some food with some entertainment.

Furnished bedroom isn't huge but is comfortable along with first class mattresses, windows and closet.Appointed bath offers great space along with exposed bricks and cast iron baths tub.

Apartment offers true NYC experience, not that white wash experience you'd find in Mid Town. Building is amazing and had been newly remodeled to maintain the pre war characteristic like chandeliers, copper ceilings etc.

Location is perfect between first and second avenues in the Manhattan. I cannot stress the locations enough, my guests don't have to waste their precious time to hire cab or wait at the bus stop they can simply walk out and enjoy the major attractions in the heart of New York City. This place is truly a gem in east village.

Area Information
Lower Manhattan's East Village is largely associated with artists, musicians, punk rockers and bohemians. Once considered wild, it has certainly been tamed. It is still the place to go to see some of Manhattan's most colourful residents. It is filled with excellent restaurants and bars, and on any given night you can be sure to hear free music at some local spot.
